For over 40 years, Wang Sifa has kept the heart of film photography alive at Whampoa Colour Centre, one of the last remaining film photo printing shops in Singapore. From the golden age of colour prints to the digital shift—and now a youth-led film revival—he’s seen it all. Despite challenges such as rising rents, long hours, and dwindling manpower, his love for the craft—and his customers who adoringly call him "Uncle"—keeps him going. A quiet fighter for a fading trade, he proves that his passion develops best in the dark.

06:35The business is not a very cheap.
06:38If you want to pay for the business, pay for the money.
06:41I do not have a business.
06:43So, the business is a little more expensive.
06:48The business is not so high.
06:51So, the business is not so high.
06:54It's not a business.
06:56I like the most of my customers.
07:01Why?
07:03You just want to write a picture?
07:05Yes.
07:06Let's see.
07:07Let's see.
07:08Now, young people play with the digital computer.
07:10They play with digital computer.
07:12They play with digital computer.
07:14They want to challenge the digital computer.
07:17The digital computer is not easy.
07:19It's a different kind of thing.
07:22Because young people are learning the business.
07:25Those bulbs will be able to make shots,
07:27when they're ready.
07:28This right, it's in the world.
07:30They play with what the important Mushroom in app.
07:32If all theirör chops are allowed to know,
07:33they're ready for business Rumor,
07:35that uses
07:35when using cell phones.
07:37That's the first row.
07:38stayed in the world's house而且
07:40in their space.
07:41There's no one'sような audience.
07:42We don't want to manage it.
07:43So they can make the light because they don't have one right.
07:44Hopefully De diagonale is about to teach the digital,
07:45its high light,
07:46what do people do,
07:47it doesn't recognize what they do.
07:48It'll obviously be able to work on next.
07:49It'll kill everything.
07:50There will kill everything.
07:51Sometimes the lighting is not the same as the light.
07:56Now the young people, the phone number, the phone number,
08:01is very powerful.
08:03The keyboard is more traditional,
08:08but it is not very familiar.
08:11We need to learn slowly.
08:13We need to see what things are going to do.
08:17There are people who are in the room,
08:19The camera doesn't have the light, but it's so dark.
08:22The camera doesn't have the light, but the camera doesn't have the light.
08:26The camera doesn't have the light, but it's not the same.
08:30The traditional camera is, when they're shooting,
08:34the camera doesn't have the light.
08:39It's just to make it with their experience,
08:42how to make a beautiful照片.
08:45It's like if you're using a number of figures,
08:49you can't see it all together.
08:53You can see it all together.
08:55You can see it all together.
09:00So, it's completely different.
09:03Now, I'm going to shoot some pictures.
09:06I'm going to shoot some pictures.
09:10I'm going to shoot some pictures.
09:14Then, when I'mazaq-i, I'm a person,
09:17when I'm thinking of Instagram and kalian.
09:19They're quite slim to them.
09:21When we look at video games,
09:24the correct kind of things are really Alexis.
09:26We don't have to be the exact couple.
09:27I'm seeing one of thein are page泉 here at the top.
09:29I'm seeing what's happening with this picture,
09:32and I'm going to be able to make this look for some pictures.
09:35So that's what I'm doing.
09:37I also can share some sales of this video.
09:44If you look at the best, we need to see the business.
09:48I don't use the best sales channel.
09:51Just look at their measurements.
09:53If you look at a good photo,
09:55You don't have a great photo.
09:58Get ready to go to the general.
10:01My uncle has been doing it for 40 years.
10:05If I look at how long can I do it,
10:08I think it would be no problem.
10:11I have a little bit of time to go out and do things.
10:16My children don't want to do this business.
10:19They've been doing it a lot,
10:21but now the young people don't want to do it for a long time.
10:24The short time will be better.
10:26I'll wait for the time to do it.
10:31Now, there are people who have retired in the house.
10:38They don't have to do things.
10:41They're in a coffee shop.
10:42They're in a coffee shop.
10:44They're in a coffee shop.
10:45They're in a coffee shop.
10:46They're in a coffee shop.
10:48They're in a coffee shop.
10:50So I don't have to do these things.
10:52What are you doing here?
10:53I have to do this business.
10:55I can talk to the customer.
10:57There are some people who don't know what to do.
11:00I can ask them for something they can ask me.
11:02I can call him for a long time.
11:07The rest of my young children playing at the jazz country,
11:08my life will be better.
11:11And I can call my uncle.
11:13I'm here to my uncle.
11:14I'm here to the group.
11:15I'm here to my uncle.
11:16You can call my uncle.
11:19I'm here to tell my uncle.
11:21They can take me out into the house,
11:22and try to show me up and get me up again.
