00:08It's a great honor. It's an award that's given to you by your peers and not something that you
00:13run for, it's something that's given to you. So it has all the more value.
00:18Seagre has been very important in my career. It's enabled me to meet people from all across
00:25the industry. And when I mean the industry, it's utilities, manufacturers, engineering.
00:30It's a unique place where the whole industry is gathered together. It's also a place where you
00:35can share experience, have exposure to different worlds, to different concerns, to different
00:41experiences. And this, in fact, is very useful, especially when you're a leader, in order to
00:48drive innovation, to show you what the future directions are, and also to check if you're
00:54going the right way. So I really enjoy the time I've been in Seagre. I still hope to be
00:58quite a long time and to continue to meet people and to be able to shake hands as I walk
01:03through
01:03the corridors here in this very bustling tower. So it was really a fantastic experience.
