00:20Dear Delegates, I would like to say a few words to you before turning the page of this
00:26incredible experience we have just lived together. There were 1600 of you who registered for this
00:34virtual session. This is a lot but it is less than what we expected after the experience of last
00:42year's eSession in which 2500 people participated. I hope that you have appreciated the quality of
00:50the conferences that have followed one another since August 18 and that have ended today. From
00:57this point of view this session is a real success. Throughout these eight days we have been able to
01:03listen to and react to more than 400 contributions prepared in response to the questions of the special
01:10reporters. We have also heard from over 140 guest speakers. We are counting on you to give us
01:20your feedback on this session to help us improve future sessions starting with the one in 2022.
01:27We have prepared a questionnaire which will be sent to you this evening and we are counting on you
01:33to return it as soon as possible, bearing in mind that the survey will close on September 27th.
01:40We are confident that the upcoming sessions will make more or less use of these technologies that
01:46have allowed us to bring participants from all over the world into live dialogue. In the coming days and
01:53weeks, Seagree's governing bodies will have to decide on the format of the next session and we should be
01:59set before the end of this year. So your feedback is important. I have a final announcement to make.
02:07To mark Seagree's centennial, we have undertaken to scan all the minutes of Seagree sessions since 1921 and I am
02:17pleased to announce that exclusive access to these archives for all delegates registered for this virtual session.
02:25I would like to remind you that it is possible to watch a replay of all the events of this
02:32session until the end of this year.
02:36Registration will remain open until then for anyone who has not registered and would like to access
02:42the valuable content afterwards. This leads me to ask you a favour. Be the ambassadors of Seagree to your
02:52colleagues who have not registered for the session by inviting them to do so to enjoy the videos of all
02:59the
02:59presentations and exchanges that have taken place over the last few days. Before I finish, I would
03:08like to thank once again all of you and those who have contributed to the realization of this new type
03:14of
03:14session. The study committees, the chairs, secretaries, special reporters, working group conveners, the technical
03:23council, the central office staff, the national committees who have promoted it, and our many
03:31service providers here in Paris, and of course also our sponsors. I wish you good health, take care of
03:38yourself, and see you next year.
