00:00Hello everyone, next week there is a very big event going on on the Division 2 of viewers still chasing
00:05Expertise Level 30.
00:07We are going to be covering a video when this goes live on Tuesday, it goes live on the 15th
00:11of September.
00:12However, I thought I'd do a video prior because there's a lot of work you could potentially do now to
00:18be ready for the event so that you can make the most out of it.
00:22There's still so many people in the live streams and the community saying that Expertise 30 is such a long
00:27grind.
00:28Well, this is the event that you are looking for.
00:3115th of September, this is next Tuesday and it allows you to increase your proficiency faster during the XP event.
00:40I believe this is going to be on for one week, it normally is.
00:44So, let's talk about that. What can you do before Tuesday to make sure you're ready for this event because
00:50you want to make the most out of this.
00:51You can chunk your Expertise during this event because it's normally times free on anything that you donate to the
00:59Expertise.
01:00So, let me show you. If we bring up the menu and if we go into our Expertise menu, you
01:06can find something here that you need Expertise in.
01:09So, I'll go into my Rifles here. There's still one Rifle I haven't done yet.
01:13And you can donate resources in order to make it proficient.
01:19So, we're going to do the teapot, which is what I'm missing.
01:21We're going to research this and we're going to donate resources.
01:24It's currently proficiency level zero.
01:27And right now, the best resources to spend, by the way, is Prince of Filaments, right?
01:32And right now, I could use Prince of Filaments and I can just level this up.
01:36Just look how kind of slow that is going.
01:38Well, from Tuesday the 15th, every level up that you do is going to be times free,
01:44which means you get items from level zero to level 10 much quicker with all of the resources you can
01:53donate.
01:53So, what you basically want to do now before Tuesday is get as much resource as possible.
01:59So, if you can, get this Prince of Filaments capped out.
02:03It caps out at 9,999, I think.
02:07And to get Prince of Filaments, all you need to do is dismantle mods.
02:10So, there's going to be multiple ways you can do that.
02:13The best way, well, the best two ways are going to be to play Countdown or Retaliation.
02:20If you go to Countdown, we can set the targeted loot up and we can target mods.
02:25Any mods will, though, I highly recommend go for gear system mods in case there's still some mods you're looking
02:31for.
02:31You can then go through any mods.
02:33If there's any that are better than you currently get, you can keep.
02:35And everything else, you can break down into Prince of Filaments.
02:38And you can also do the same on retaliations.
02:40This would be my go-to method, to be honest with you,
02:43because there might be something else you want to work on,
02:45like your exotic blueprints in your crafting station or something like that.
02:49But again, we can select targeted loot before we go in and select gear system mods.
02:54And just make sure of picking all them up and dismantling them.
02:57I highly recommend that you're doing this before Tuesday.
02:59If you can stack out on 9,999 Prince of Filaments,
03:02then come Tuesday, as soon as you load up,
03:04you'll be able to go into your expertise menu
03:07and just start donating that Prince of Filaments
03:09to get a few of these knocked off straight away.
03:11And then throughout the rest of that week,
03:13you can then build that Prince of Filaments back up
03:15and keep on doing that for as much as you can grind.
03:18Now, another thing, this will depend on where you are with the game.
03:23If you are quite new, it might not be beneficial to you.
03:26But if you have got any shade levels past 1,000,
03:31they go as scavenging points.
03:32You can see here, I've got 3,133.
03:35If you've got any of these, make sure you are saving them.
03:37Do not spend them before next Tuesday.
03:40And if anything, while you're playing up till Tuesday,
03:42just make sure you keep racking these up
03:44and just play as much as you can really.
03:46Get as many shade levels as you can.
03:48Because when you run out of Prince of Filament,
03:50you can then use scavenging.
03:51You can come here and you can reinvest into Prince of Filaments
03:53with these points.
03:55And you can get that Prince of Filament right back up
03:58so you don't need to go and farm tons of mods again.
04:02So any of those scavenging points come Tuesday,
04:05you can keep on reusing to refresh your Prince of Filament
04:09to keep on donating into the expertise system
04:14and get as many items as possible up to Proficiency 10.
04:18So make sure you are doing that.
04:21Now, I'm not sure.
04:22I've never needed to take part in one of these events myself.
04:25Obviously, the donation part of the expertise
04:28is times free normally.
04:30But I imagine just wearing gear as well
04:32that you need to be made proficient
04:34has also got to charge up a times free the rate.
04:38So yeah, just make sure you're putting on gear next week
04:42that you need proficient,
04:44whether it's brand sets, gear sets,
04:46or even weapons, skills.
04:48It's going to be the week to do it.
04:50But as long as you are, I'd say,
04:52going into next Tuesday with maximum Prince of Filament,
04:55as much scavenging points as possible on your watch,
04:59then you're going to be as prepared
05:00as you can be for the event.
05:03These events come around normally once per season.
05:06So this is it for the season.
05:08We won't see this again until season four of year eight.
