06:25The toy featured in this video is the Lego Batman Movie Movie Maker Set
06:32Now, this is something I've been super interested in filming
06:36I found this in the Lego store
06:37I didn't even know this existed
06:39And here we are
06:40I mean, this is wildly appropriate for this channel
06:42To have a movie maker set for the Lego Batman Movie
06:46So, of course, I gotta film it
06:48Now, I think what comes with this are movie maker set backgrounds
06:52So, let's open it up, get into it, and see what we have
06:55So, here's what comes in the box
06:56Obviously, we have instructions to make whatever sets we need to make
07:01You can see that we are going to make some sort of stand for, I think, the iPhone
07:05Or a mobile, probably any mobile device
07:07Uh, it's like 152 pieces
07:09And then, look at this
07:10Here's what I'm most excited about
07:12Check out these backgrounds
07:13This is cool
07:14We got one
07:15And we got two
07:17So, let's get building
07:18And then we'll check it all out
07:19So, we are all done with making the movie set
07:23And I gotta say
07:23This is super, super cool
07:26The stand
07:28I had no idea how functional it was
07:30When I was looking at the, uh, the box and everything
07:32But, I mean, this is everything that a kid would want
07:36In order to make, uh, a couple of scenes of the movie
07:39Especially the backgrounds are really, really cool
07:42We also are given a Batman, of course
07:45This dynamite, and then this cool stick
07:48Which I think we can have things like flying around
07:50And everything
07:50It's translucent
07:51So, hopefully it doesn't show up too much if we make a video
07:55Now, before we get into everything
07:57Let's check out our Batman here
07:59Let me take off his two accessories
08:02Now, how many times I've reviewed Batman's a lot
08:06If, uh, you guys have seen a lot of my Lego Batman parodies
08:10We've reviewed Batman's a lot
08:12That's because he's in, like, every playset
08:14So, here's another Batman
08:16He is given another face here
08:19This is, I think it's probably similar to the exact face of other Batmans and other playset
08:24He's got this growl here
08:25He's got these two upper eyes
08:27Now, on this side, of course
08:29He's got the little smirk
08:31I actually like the smirk a little bit better
08:33So, let's actually turn that
08:35Of course, we have his helmet right here
08:37Or his mask, I should say
08:39Not his helmet
08:40But then we have down here
08:41All of the lines
08:42We've got the bat symbol
08:44We've got his nine pack
08:45According to him in the movie
08:47We have his little yellow utility belt
08:50And love the utility belt
08:52I mean, you can actually remove it
08:53It's not painted on like in previous Batmans
08:55And then he is black suited from head to toe
08:58And, of course, he has this awesome cloth cape
09:02It's pretty fun
09:04Pretty easy to put on
09:05He is ready to go
09:06Now, they also have dynamite
09:09Which, he doesn't really use dynamite a whole lot
09:12Actually, I've never seen Batman use dynamite
09:16But he is here, apparently
09:18And then, of course, he has his
09:20One of the
09:21One of his bat rings
09:22Which is pretty necessary
09:25For when he's throwing them around
09:26And everything like that
09:27You remember when he throws them
09:29Like a hundred times in the lego movie
09:31And that says like
09:32First try
09:33So, Batman is
09:35I think going to be the director for the movie
09:37And then we're also given this like
09:40Translucent stick thing
09:41With a bat ring on here
09:43So, I think what's going to happen is
09:44In the video that they want you to make
09:47He's going to throw the bat ring
09:49And you go
09:50Like this
09:51And so
09:51Because this is translucent
09:53It's supposed to look like he's throwing it
09:54Without this stick here
09:57And it's supposed to work out really well
09:59Now, check this out
10:01This little thing is super awesome
10:03I had no idea the legos are so functional
10:06It got me thinking
10:06I should use legos to build all sorts of like functional things
10:11For ideas that I have
10:13The problem is it would be finding the right parts
10:16But okay, so this is super cool
10:18This is made to hold the camera
10:20I.e. a mobile device like a mobile phone mostly
10:24I don't think
10:24I don't know if it could handle the weight of a
10:28Like let's say an iPad or something
10:30A larger like a mobile device
10:31But definitely mobile phones
10:33That's what it's made to do
10:34So, let's just look at this really quick
10:36It's very mechanical
10:37First of all, we can remove the whole thing off

10:41You know, I can move this around everything
10:44But it's cool that I can connect it

11:17The second angle is making a tilt up and down
11:22And you use this little wheel

11:25So, if I rotate this wheel
11:27It's going to tilt it up
11:29And it's really sensitive
11:30And then if I rotate it down
11:33Or if I rotate it clockwise
11:34It's going to rotate down towards the ground
11:37You probably don't want it that far
11:38Because you'd be looking at just that blank space here
11:42Then the other thing
11:43It also translates

17:14He's got these cool
17:16I think these are supposed to be binoculars or whatever
17:20And then he's got his helmet on
17:21So this looks like it might come

17:27Now, we also have this one right here
17:30I think it's probably a detective from the police department
17:32Funny thing is
17:33She looks a lot like Princess Leia from The Force Awakens
17:37And the clothing is kind of like
17:40It looks like Han Solo or something
17:41So, if you were to show me this
17:43Apart from everything else
17:44And say it's a Star Wars character
17:45I would have believed you
17:47Because look
17:47We even have a gun that looks more like a blaster
17:49Than an actual gun
17:50But anyway
17:51She is
17:52She's got the little police symbol right there
17:54She's got the holster
17:56On her
17:57On her vest there
17:58White shirt and everything
18:00But also part of the Gotham City Police Department
18:04And then we have this third guy
18:05Gotham City Police Department as well
18:08He's got the awesome handcuffs
18:11Which are always fun
18:11And he's got a cool little hat on right here

18:15None of them have faces in the back
18:17Just faces in the front here
18:19He's dressed up really, really nicely
18:21Then on the backhand side
18:23And I don't know where his badge is
18:25But he definitely is from the police department
18:27Then we've got the bat signal
18:30I should more say
18:31And then this is cool
18:32This does tilt down and up
18:33It'd be cool if we could turn on
18:34I think they're going to come out
18:36With a bat signal
18:38To where it's actually going to shine
18:41And we could shine on the wall
18:42And it'll be like a projection
18:43And we can show like the bat signal on here
18:46But this is pretty cool for what we have
