00:05Oh boy, what a great house. This is gonna go perfect for my Halloween calendar.
00:15What was that? Uh, excuse me, is anybody around here? Maybe it was just the wind or something.
00:31That was a real life skeleton. Calendar or no calendar, I'm out of here.
00:39Well, it looks like the Scooby-Doo crew were on the case. And they'd come in the mystery
00:45machine, which was fully decked out to solve any mystery. This wasn't the scariest place
00:50they'd ever seen, but it was pretty close. Scary jack-o'-lanterns at the window, broken
00:56glass everywhere, crooked awning over the door, boarded up windows and skull up front, a clock
01:04that endlessly turned, and not to mention a giant man-eating plant. Unfortunately, none
01:10of that's what they came for.
01:12Alright everyone, we're gonna have to split up and find that moving skeleton everybody's
01:17reported about.
01:18Freddy went this way, Scooby and Shaggy went this way, and Daphne and Thelma also went in
01:24different directions. Now, unfortunately for Thelma, she decided to go through the front
01:29door. And she didn't realize that this house was booby-trapped. So as soon as she walked
01:34in the front door, down she went. Scooby and Shaggy managed to find the kitchen. I don't know
01:40how, but they always managed to find food. And right on the counter was a giant hamburger.
01:47Well, that would take a while to finish. Looks like they were gonna be doing any searching
01:51for a long time. Meanwhile, Daphne decided to check out the greenhouse. But the man-eating
01:57plant had its own agenda. And before long, the plant was trying to eat Daphne. Luckily,
02:02Freddy was close by. Hey, you plant. You like to love Daphne. Freddy ran into the greenhouse
02:07to see if there was anything he could use, and he found a bone. He ran into the plant
02:12and hit it on the head with the bone, which suddenly released Daphne and scuttled away.
02:17She was okay, but definitely shaken up. Good thing I found this bone. Otherwise, you would
02:23have been the next nail for that plant. Suddenly, the bone jumped out of Freddy's hand. Wait,
02:28did you see that? That bone. It just jumped. There it is. The bone was hurtling high up in the
02:34air.
02:35Come on, Daphne. Let's follow that bone. It's gotta have some connection to that skeleton. The bone flew
02:40far into the back corner of the property and suddenly dropped into a cauldron. But Freddy
02:45and Daphne were on its tail. Huh? The cauldron is just full of bones. And nothing scary here. But
02:51just as soon as he said that, the cauldron started to smoke. Okay, that's a little scary. Maybe we
02:58should slowly back away? The cauldron continued to smoke and then suddenly, a burst of light. And
03:05then, nothing. Uh-oh. Hey, wait a minute. Where'd all those bones go?
03:14It's the walking skeleton. Let's get out of here. And Daphne and Freddy ran as quick as they could.
03:20But the skeleton not far behind. They got all the way to the mystery machine. Not knowing where the
03:26skeleton was, they stopped. But... Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! The skeleton knocking them down suddenly ran away.
03:35And he was suddenly gone. Disappeared. But not for long. As Shaggy and Scooby were still enjoying their
03:41hamburger, the skeleton crept up on them. Boy, Scoop, I feel like something's behind me and...
03:52The skeleton was too fast and quickly knocked Shaggy and Scooby over. Shaggy had dropped the
03:57hamburger. So the skeleton decided that maybe he'd enjoy the snack. But Shaggy didn't appreciate that.
04:06Hey man, did he just steal my hamburger? I don't think so. Shaggy came running full force and tackled
04:13the skeleton. And as the skeleton flew back, all the pieces of the skeleton went flying.
04:18Wait a minute, that's weird. It's just pieces of skeleton man, but it was just moving. What's
04:26with all these bone pieces? Well that seems weird. As Shaggy looked closely at the bone,
04:32he realized there was a fine piece of string connecting it, and it was going up to the
04:39sky. What's with the string man? Whoa! Wait a minute, what in Scooby-Doo Land? It was Superman.
04:53That was quite a fall. But what are you doing with all these bones strung up together like
05:00a skeleton man? I just like messing with the fellow townspeople, plus it's around Halloween,
05:06it's my favorite holiday. Well the Scooby-Doo crew had done it again. They had solved the
05:11mystery, even though it was just a superhero prank. Except for Thelma getting knocked out
05:17through the front door. That wasn't a prank at all. That was just bad luck.
05:21Hey, thanks for watching. The toy featured in this video is an interesting Halloween special
05:28Lego. I think I got this at the Lego store, and it might have been one of those like free
05:35sets that you get when you spend so much there. Or maybe I bought it, I can't remember, but
05:41it has no name as you can see. 145 pieces for ages 7 and up. But this is an official
05:48Lego product.
05:49Pretty cool. It's got like this cauldron, skeleton, this other guy here, and then some other little
05:54fun stuff. It's a pretty simple set. Here we've got two bags that it comes with. It's an extra
06:00larger piece. And then thankfully we do have some instructions here. So this should be pretty
06:07fast to put together. So let's get building. So here's the play set fully built. And you can
06:13see it is pretty cool. It's like a, I don't know what it is, like a graveyard or something.
06:19Or we've got some gates. Of course we've got these little characters here. We've got this
06:24mouse. We're going to check everything out. And our first character here is interesting.
06:29He's dressed up, I don't know if he's dressed up or this is a regular form of clothing though.
06:33He has this silver goblet here. And then he's got this jet black hair which is really cool. These furrowed
06:41eyebrows.
06:42So it looks kind of angry. Almost looks like, you know, he could be a part of the Addams family
06:46or something.
06:47Doesn't look exactly like a vampire but maybe looks like the son of a vampire. So he is hanging out
06:53by this cauldron with his little skeleton friend here.
06:57It's really cool clothes. Kind of this old eclectic clothing. He's got like this pocket watch right there. He's got
07:04like a breasted shirt and a handkerchief sticking out of there.
07:08So a lot of detail here. Let's see, sometimes they give us two faces.
07:13From this guy, we only have one face. So this is the one face that he is given.
07:19Definitely looks like a Halloween-ish, creepier sort of guy.
07:22The next one we have is the skeleton. Gotta be honest, this is one of my favorite minifigures I've seen.
07:29If we can consider him a minifigure. He's pretty cool.
07:33So again, he's holding a goblet just like the other minifigure was. And then we've got the skeleton head.
07:40It would be really cool if they could somehow make it so these were holes in the skeleton.
07:45But this is alright. It's pretty cool. Of course this head can be removed.
07:49Now what's interesting about this is that we had to build the skeleton.
07:55So they gave us little feet. So we had to build the arms and the legs and everything on there.
08:00And these arms, they really only go one way. So the hands do not twist as opposed to minifigures.
08:07He's holding a bone here. But you can twist his arms or make them move up and down.
08:13And you can also twist his legs. You can put them in the sitting or in the standing position.
08:18Next we have this cool little cauldron here. So what would be really, really cool is rather than this guy,
08:24Maybe this is like a guy witch or something. You know, brewing some sort of thing.
08:29But it would be cool if they gave us a witch to this because this is a cauldron.
08:35You can see there's all these little roots, I guess, on the ground of this.
08:39But they even have us put some stuff inside. So I'm going to call this like a little root.
08:42Then we've got this piece, which looks like a tart or something.
08:47See that? See the detail on there? It looks like a little tart.
08:50So they sit there and this guy and the skeleton are going to sit around this cauldron, looking at it,
08:57waiting for it to brew.
08:58Maybe there's smoke coming out of there.
09:00We have this little piece. This is interesting. It's like a little pumpkin.
09:03And then we've got this little rat. So this is going to be a small grass piece that is sitting
09:08off to the side, just laying in wait.
09:11And then we have the main portion of the set. Super cool.
09:15I think this, as I've looked at it more and more, this is meant to be like the background of
09:21something.
09:21So if you look at it, maybe this is supposed to be like a full moon that's just coming up
09:26right at the horizon here.
09:28And then this black portion, this outline is supposed to be maybe the background of a house or something.
09:34And so this could be like the chimney right there and that could be the house.
09:38If that's the case, that looks really cool. It's like a silhouette of a house with the moon in the
09:44background.
09:44Looks super cool. Here we've got a dead flower or a dead plant.
09:49We also have in these gates right here. So these gates can close.
09:55And these gates are super cool because we can have them open and close.
10:00We've got fire coming out of the sides here.
10:04We've got this awesome red spider. I've never seen a red spider before.
10:09So that is definitely something different.
10:12And it's cool that we can have it open and closed.
10:14So closed, it looks like it's maybe the front entryway of this house that's in the background.
10:21And open, it almost looks like a graveyard or something.
10:24What's also cool is they give us these purple leaves.
10:27Generally you don't see purple leaves. You see green leaves.
10:30Then you've got this jack-o-lantern as well.
10:33And we can take this jack-o-lantern, and I like doing this, but you can stick it over anybody's
10:38head.
10:38So we can put it over the skeleton's head or we can put it over somebody else's head as well.
10:46So now he's like a skeleton jack-o-lantern.
10:50You can take that off and put it up here.
10:53You also notice the detail on the background. So it's just all yellow.
10:57Then we've got these spikes up here.
10:59So it makes it like kind of a spooky little spike thing.
11:03Now one of the most fun things about Lego is of course we can interchange all of the head and
11:10stuff like that.
11:11But with this skeleton we can really interchange stuff.
11:14So we can take off the arms. We can even take off the legs here.
11:19And we can interchange it together.
11:20Now, so what I could do, and I'm going to try right now, is to put the legs, the feet
11:26for the arms, like this and like this.
11:33And then I can put the, look, so it almost looks like a dog.
11:37If we had a head, a proper head, this could be like a dog skeleton here.
11:41Then we could put, rather than the, rather than the, the feet on the bottom, we're going to put these
11:49arms on here.
11:50So now look, this is all mixed up.
11:53We've got feet up here, arms up there.
11:55So definitely this is going to be crawling like this.
12:01Maybe with the head back on here like that.
12:05So now it's interesting because this is all sorts of messed up.
12:08But that's okay, we can do that sort of stuff.
12:11And what we also have is a couple other pieces, extra pieces that they gave us.
12:16And look, they give us an extra foot.
12:18If they only gave us one more foot, we could make the dog.
12:20So I could take this off, add this here, and now maybe take this off.
12:26And now, oh look, now it's like a three-legged skeleton, kind of like a dog skeleton or something.
12:33Ooh, that's interesting.
12:34But then we've got all of these extra bones here.
12:37So that looks really interesting.
12:39If we were able to maybe take this off, we could add the other head on there.
12:45That would be kind of scary to see what his head looks like.
12:48So let's pull this head off.
12:51And let's put it on the skeleton.
12:54And now we've got a skeleton with, okay, here we go.
12:58Oh, look at that.
12:59The skeleton with dog legs and everything.
13:03And he is just standing up now.
13:04He's standing up with one leg, hopping around like, hey, where is my other leg?
13:11And we can take this off as well.
13:14Actually, what we should do, let's take this.
13:16And this is interesting.
13:17We could put the skeleton head on there.
13:19There we go.
13:19Ooh, that looks scary too.
13:21Any time you have a skeleton head, it definitely looks a little bit scary.
13:25But let's give the skeleton some hair.
13:27Why not?
13:28This will definitely look like a wig.
13:30So skeleton hair with a wig.
13:34Whoa, that looks equally just as scary.
13:37We could put the jack-o-lantern on here.
13:41Now it's a jack-o-lantern toasting, having a nice Halloween toast to Halloween, I guess.
13:48And then we've got this head over here.
13:51So we can interchange all these pieces.
13:53There are tons of little pieces that we can take apart, put back together in any way we want.
