00:00Richard, what does your organization look like from an executive team standpoint?
00:04I mean, are you fairly flat?
00:05Do you have layers?
00:07What does it look like?
00:08Oh, plenty of layers.
00:09We do about a 10 to 1 supervisor to agent ratio.
00:13Within the 10 agents, there's always a team lead.
00:15Sure.
00:15I have a quality control department, which listens to phone calls and grades them on KPIs
00:20and metrics.
00:20So there's that sort of control for coaching purposes.
00:24Human resources department, we have several different people for recruiting for the contracts.
00:30And to make sure that we follow the labor laws to give the rights to the agent and also
00:35for the company.
00:36And for me, I have a lot of individuals besides the supervisors.
00:40I have a floor manager and an IT director that have been with me over a decade each that have
00:45grown with my company.
