00:00We work with many different areas, appointment setting, lead generation sales, back office support, and non-voice support.
00:07And it's more important for me because I turn down more accounts than I accept.
00:13It's not that I can't work with a client, but I need to fulfill the need of the agent.
00:18It's a seller's market out there, and they have a lot of options, including some of the companies I mentioned,
00:23like Amazon, Sykes, Teleperformance, Concentrics, the big boys.
00:28And for me, I want them to feel fulfilled.
00:31I'm very competitive in regards to salary and benefits, but I've created a specific company culture here that I think
00:38separates me from others.
00:39Besides investing in their second language by increasing their vocabulary and their delivery, I love a gamification culture.
00:47Because I have a neutral environment here where people can play pinball machines and retro arcade machines,
00:52let off steam, recharge batteries, and make friends.
00:55And they shouldn't be afraid of me.
