00:01i could listen to you talk all day there is i don't know how i went 61 years without meeting
00:06richard blank listen everyone listen this is serious richard if you're when you're doing
00:11coaching calls what like i want to know every course you're taking or you're delivering so i
00:16i am fascinated by you i i just think you are so important to all of us this makes a
00:23big difference
00:24of business you know what this is a big difference my parents always taught me never to say i'm busy
00:28um so i don't i would never say that but i love like everything coming out of your mouth all
00:33right
00:33one last question because unfortunately i do have back-to-backs because i messed up but my question
00:38is what do you do when you hire someone and you find that they have this like habit of saying
00:44of
00:44course of course because of course to me never sounds great it's like telling me if i say to you
00:51richard your jacket and your suit you look so handsome today i love everything it looks so great
00:56and you tell me of course i don't am i wrong and thinking that of course almost as an assault
01:02to me
01:02like i should have known that so could you explain the terminology answer i give it a c minus what
01:10i
01:10would do is make him listen to the mr ed song was it a horse is a horse of course
01:14of course
01:15he started whipping me with you of course i'm like yeah mr ed nice and then he realized maybe i
01:21might
01:21need to think of something a little sharper and so yeah watch some remington steel or something you
01:27know maybe learn some skills with some good speakers and dressers but um listen it's just somebody that
01:33might need to look into the thesaurus so if there's certain words that they like and they're just beating
01:38to death they might be able to expand their vocabulary or just find something that fits their personality
01:45and so there's nothing wrong as i mentioned before with just studying that colorful language that we
01:53have so we're just not dull and boring you you really should put more adjectives and descriptions in your
01:59speech so people can get their attention so we're face to face and this is great so imagine if i
02:04lose
02:04three of my senses my taste touch and smell i really got to double up on the hearing and visually
02:10just give
02:10you so much imagination and storytelling to keep your attention so yes my friend this is something i've
02:18been doing for almost three decades so i should be good on your show and be able to bite an
02:24apple and
02:24juggle it oh my god you are so lovely i mean i want to watch you live too i want
