00:00Women, how come you didn't write in your language those born female?
00:07How come you didn't make that clear?
00:12Because if you were born a female, even if you're transitioning to being a female,
00:16because you weren't born a female, that would make you ineligible to enter the WNBA.
00:21Why didn't you do that?
00:22Otherwise, you're going to have cats six feet eight with goatees walking in your league
00:28or claiming they're going to walk in your league.
00:30You can deny them entry.
00:32You can refuse to draft them.
00:33But you're going to open yourself up to potential legal action
00:36until you clarify what the hell is going on.
00:39Player eligibility is collectively bargained,
00:41meaning this is also an issue involving the WNBA Players Association,
00:45not simply a unilateral decision for the commissioner, Kathy Engelbert,
00:49which means that, yes, the league office should have done more.
00:53But the Players Association, you got to get on top of it.
00:58We got to talk about the WNBA once again
01:01because, of course, they are finding themselves in some more drama
01:04that has nothing to do with basketball
01:07because, yeah, ain't really a whole lot of basketball to be talked about.
01:12But anyway, as you heard there with Stephen A. Smith,
01:16they are now finding themselves in a legal conundrum
01:20because Ines Cantor has been threatening some legal action
01:25due to some of the things that have come out more recently.
01:29But before we get into the meat and potatoes,
01:30I have this clip from none other than former NBA player Charles Barkley,
01:36who is a raving Democrat.
01:39I mean, I've heard lots of things from Charles Barkley,
01:45and he most certainly seems like a Democrat to me, okay?
01:49But in this clip today, he actually says some common sense,
01:55which is rare from Democrats today.
01:57And I want to play it because the clip is going absolutely viral
02:00across the internet right now.
02:02So here's that clip, and then we're going to get into the meat and potatoes
02:05with Ines Cantor and Sean Hannity.
02:08Check it out.
02:09I always support the gay community.
02:13I always support the transgender community.
02:16I got love and respect for gay people and transgender people.
02:20But under no circumstances do I think men should play against women.
02:26Zero.
02:27I'm disappointed in Adam Silver and Kathy, the commissioner.
02:33First of all, you can't let stupid stuff go out to the internet,
02:37which is one of the worst things that ever happened to the world.
02:39They should have come out two weeks ago before all this.
02:42Like, the people are looking for attention now.
02:45Including this guy.
02:46But he has a point, though.
02:48Because Kathy and Adam haven't said, hey, it's in the title, WNBA.
02:54We're not going to have transgender people in the WNBA,
02:57and we're not going to discuss it again.
02:59That's what Adam and Kathy should have done two or three weeks ago
03:02before they turned it over to the internet and every fool, idiot,
03:05and jackass to have an opinion on.
03:07Adam.
03:09Adam should come out and Kathy.
03:11I like both of them a lot.
03:13Women can own.
03:14There's no transgender people going to play in the WNBA.
03:18If you don't like it, kick rocks.
03:20And we're not going to discuss it anymore.
03:23And Ennis is trying to get attention.
03:25Because, listen, if he did all the operation things, no, we're not doing that either.
03:32The WNBA is for women.
03:34And, listen, this is the last time we're going to discuss it.
03:38We're not going to turn it over to the fools on the internet.
03:40We're not going to turn it over to Congress and think that the WNBA is for women only, period.
03:46And we're not going to discuss it again.
04:16I agree.
04:19Hey, yo.
04:21I'm just imagining a scenario where, like, the Indiana Fever with Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham signed him.
04:28Hey, listen.
04:29Listen, listen, I would pay to watch those games.
04:36I would pay.
04:38Okay, listen.
04:40If Ennis Cantor and Royce White both joined, like, the Indiana Fever, or even one of them did it, I
04:48would pay to watch those games.
04:50Genuinely, I would pay to watch, because it would be hilarious to watch them just dominate, even with double teams
04:57and triple teams.
05:01I would be laughing my behind off.
05:05Man, that would be hilarious.
05:06But, hey, listen, the WNBA would make a lot of money in that scenario.
05:10Guarantee it.
05:10But let's get into the meat and potatoes of this whole video.
05:14And that is Ennis Cantor speaking with Sean Hannity, not only about this entire situation, but potentially about some legal
05:22action.
05:23Check it out.
05:24Freedom is here with more.
05:25All right.
05:26I've looked at the tape.
05:28I wasn't there, but I looked at it.
05:29I looked at it very closely.
05:30And what I see was late in the third quarter, Chicago Sky player Natasha Cloud turned from the court.
05:37From what I could see, she approached you, seemed to be yelling at you, cursing at you, is what the
05:43reports I've read.
05:44What happened?
05:45So, thank you for having me, brother.
05:47So, at the end of the third quarter, right, they put Sophie Kahn in, which was my friend.
05:54She shot at three.
05:55I literally put my hand up in the air to celebrate it.
05:58The next position, Natasha Cloud came back and said, she's not going to sleep with you.
06:03Literally, as soon as I heard that, I turned around to my manager.
06:06I'm like, did she really said that?
06:07The next position, she came back.
06:09I was like, I'm not here to sleep with her.
06:11I'm actually trying to support my friend.
06:14And then the next position, obviously, she came back.
06:17She started using a lot of F-bombs.
06:20The sad thing is, there were a lot of kids on the stand.
06:22And she's actually loved by the Chicago fans.
06:25So, that was unacceptable.
06:26I literally simply got out and put my hand up in the air.
06:29I was like, listen, I'm here to protect women and support my friend, Sophie Cunningham.
06:34And then they threw him out of the game.
06:36You know, all you're asking for, which I find interesting, is you want a refund of your ticket.
06:41Now, if you look at, according to WNBA, any physical or verbal altercation with a fan
06:48is treated as conduct detrimental to the game.
06:51And they have the authority, the WNBA office holds the authority to issue heavy fines or
06:57multi-game suspensions for players who cross the line in berating or cursing spectators.
07:05Yet, she only got support from her coach.
07:08I don't see the WNBA doing a thing.
07:11I would argue that you probably have a case of discrimination against the WNBA.
07:17Number one, for being kicked out.
07:19Number two, for being banned.
07:20And maybe the message, if that owner is going to respond that way and compare you to a shooter,
07:26what's your reaction to him?
07:27Will you now consider maybe further legal action?
07:30You know, Sean, I played 11 years basketball in the NBA, and I know the rules.
07:34I simply got to put my up in the air.
07:36And I did not cross over the baseline or sideline, and we're not allowed to touch any players,
07:43obviously, the fans.
07:45So I didn't break any rules.
07:47So for them to come out and throw me out of the game and literally, you know, they said
07:53his actions was equal to shooting a gun, I just cannot believe it.
07:57I don't know who is his PR person, but they're doing a terrible job.
08:01So we might be looking into a lawsuit for sure, because this is unacceptable, and this
08:07is not what a sportsmanship looked like.
08:09Natasha Collat should be the one that's thrown out of the game or get fined.
08:13We wrote to, you know, commissioner and the task force.
08:16We are waiting for them to hear back, but this is just unacceptable.
08:20This is not what a sportsmanship looked like.
08:22So we'll just wait to see what happens.
08:25And they actually have a...
08:28I think he most certainly should seek, you know, bringing about a lawsuit, because this
08:33has just gotten absolutely crazy, right?
08:35There's rumors that the WNBA has banned, you know, Ines Cantor from participating in the
08:44sport, which that makes no sense, because according to their rules, this guy on your screen should
08:50be able to play, or this lady, whatever, should be able to play.
08:56No issues.
08:56You know, according to their, you know, rules and regulations, there should be nothing stopping
09:04him from being able to play.
09:05And yet, you know, you get all this pushback, and why was he kicked out of the stadium?
09:12Or out of the arena?
09:13Whatever you want to call it.
09:14Why was he kicked out?
09:15What?
09:15Because he stood up?
09:16Lots of people stand up.
09:18He wasn't even the aggressor in this situation, nor did he actually walk onto the court.
09:22Uh, he was on the baseline, but not actually on the actual playing court, uh, itself, which
09:28a lot of people, I don't know if you guys have ever watched basketball.
09:31Uh, I know some of them, some of us, uh, refuse to watch basketball these days because
09:36of how woke it's gotten.
09:37But, uh, you know, people walk across the baseline all the time.
09:41Spectators do, right?
09:42So I don't think that's, um, you know, against anything or illegal in any kind of way.
09:49People walk there all the time.
09:51He didn't step onto the court, nor did he, you know, assault anyone or anything like
09:55that.
09:56He was sitting there minding his business, and she started yelling at him, cursing at
10:00him, in front of little kids at that.
10:02So, I don't get it.
10:05This seems like, um, you know, some hate going towards him.
10:09But, y'all let me know what you think.
10:11WNBA fan code of conduct as well.
10:13A spectator, by the way, uh, should be issued a warning for any alleged violation before being
10:19forced to leave the game.
10:21Exactly.
10:22Were you issued a warning?
10:23I read you were not issued a warning.
10:24Is that true?
10:25Not at all.
10:26Not at all.
10:27Listen, they threw me out of the game immediately.
10:29And when I say, listen, I didn't say, I didn't even cuss at her.
10:31I just, uh, literally was there to just support my, uh, friend.
10:36It just, they know they're in the corner right now.
10:38They know what they did wrong.
10:40So, uh, we're definitely going to, uh, look in some, uh, lawsuit and see, uh, what happens.
10:45But, uh, it's just sad to see the older kids out there had to see Natasha Cloud dropping
10:52F-bombs and acting, uh, wild.
10:55But, uh, I just hope that she can, uh, check herself.
10:58Is there any truth to the report we had earlier this week, ESPN reporting, that in fact the
11:04WNBA told you or got in contact with you?
11:08They were reporting that, uh, sources were telling them, uh, that in fact you are not
11:14going to be eligible for the draft next year.
11:16Have you heard anything official?
11:17No, please do not believe those, uh, news because they're all fake news.
11:21Um, the NBA commissioner or the task force or the WNBA itself did not, uh, contact with
11:27us or we didn't hear anything official.
11:29Uh, listen, I'm not, I'm a peacemaker.
11:30I'm not a troublemaker and I'm very easy person to deal with.
11:33If they ever have, you know, uh, some kind of issue, please come and talk to me.
11:38And listen, we're not asking anything, uh, difficult.
11:41All we asking is article 13, right?
11:43Section one says, if you identify as a woman, you're allowed to play.
11:47So if they tomorrow, tomorrow they can come up and add the word biological next to the
11:52female, I will drop everything immediately.
11:54But till then I am allowed to play.
11:57I shall be polite and I will be getting ready for the 2027, uh, WNBA draft.
12:01Well, it would be very entertaining.
12:03I hope the Indiana fear will pick you up.
12:05You could be playing with Caitlin Clark and with, uh, Sophie Cunningham.
12:09Um, that would be good for WNBA ticket sales.
12:12I'll tell you that.
12:13I think it would be, uh, uh, if I owned one of those teams, I'd be, I'd be drafting you
12:18in a, I know, a heartbeat.
12:19Um, I think it'd be pretty interesting to watch.
12:21All right, last question, odds that you will sue them and will it be.
12:26Yeah.
12:27And I, I spoke about that earlier.
12:29Ticket sales would absolutely go through the roof, go through the roof.
12:33Whenever the Indiana fever played and Ines Cantor and Royce Wright were on the court, man,
12:38those tickets would go for a premium stadiums packed, breaking records to watch these two
12:46fellas dominate.
12:48Hey, oh man, that would be hilarious.
12:54It's so, so entertaining, so entertaining, you know, and, uh, it would get rid of this
13:01nonsense, right?
13:02Uh, absolute nonsense.
13:04But, you know, until then, I guess we shall, uh, dream.
13:09For a significant amount of money, considering you are, in my view, uh, I think you will have
13:15a very strong discrimination case.
13:18Oh, for sure.
13:19But the thing is, WNBA loses $50 million every year.
13:22So I don't want to bring a lawsuit and make the things even worse for the players because
13:27I actually care about the players.
13:28So I think in this case, Kathy Engelbert, the commissioner and the task force of which
13:33she's been hiding behind, needs to do a better job running this whole league.
13:38Well, maybe you can go after Chicago and the owner of Chicago that, you know, made this
13:43ridiculous analogy about a gun.
13:46Yep.
13:46No, no, for sure.
13:47We're definitely, with Chicago cases different, we're definitely looking for a lawsuit if
13:51they don't come out and apologize from us.
13:54Okay.
13:55How many days are you going to give them?
13:56I read five.
13:57Uh, we, we asked for five business days.
13:59So let's see what they say.
14:01All right.
14:02And it's Cantor Freedom.
14:03All right.
14:04Thanks for watching.
14:05Check out my new podcast.
14:06Hanging out.
14:08Yeah.
14:09I hope he puts the pressure on him, you know, and deservedly so.
14:13I would, I would love to see it.
14:14I would love to, uh, you know, watch them get backed into a corner because I mean, it's
14:20either let him play or get sued, you know?
14:25And if you let him play, well, then he's about to dominate the league.
14:29He's about to absolutely dominate.
14:32And it's going to, it's going to make these women out here that we're saying, oh yeah,
14:36men can play, blah, blah, blah.
14:38There's no, there's no advantage.
14:39It's going to make them look real silly when he's averaging 50 a game.
14:47You're going to be real silly.
14:48And if they don't, and if they refuse, right, of course, obviously you got lawsuits, but then
14:54of course, uh, you know, if they don't want the lawsuit, they can just make it clear, make
14:59it clear, which as you heard from Charles Barkley, as you heard from Stephen A.
15:03Smith, this should have been done a long time ago.
15:05This shouldn't even be a discussion.
15:07This should have been like, oh yeah, you guys are right.
15:09Let's, let's, let's fix that real quick.
15:11But because we live in a society where, you know, nobody wants to step on anybody else's
15:16toes and you got to tiptoe around and you got the part, we, we, we live in a participation
15:22trophy culture and I hate it.
15:25I hate it.
15:26You know, I really do.
15:28This whole, everybody's got to win.
15:30Everybody's got to have their feelings accounted for.
15:32Like bro, that's so weak.
15:34It's so weak.
15:35You know, goodness gracious.
15:38Anyway, y'all get into the comments.
15:40Let me know your thoughts and your opinions as always.
15:41Stay safe out there.
15:42Peace and love.
15:43I'm out.
