01:16So let me click on export all data file right here.
01:21In my case, I'm going to save it on my desktop.
01:24And you can see that this is being saved as an FDF format.
01:27So let me just click on save.
01:30Once I do that, I'm going to go on to my desktop.
01:32And over here, you can see that this is the FDF file.
01:36And compared to a full PDF file, this is only few KB big, as you can see right there.
01:42So it saves a lot of space.
01:44So if the end party already has your PDF document, then you can simply say I sent this file right
01:49there.
01:49So let me just close this document and open it again without the file over here.
01:54So there you can see that there's nothing over here.
01:57Now, if you want to import the data file, what you can simply do is you can go over here

02:03You can go over here and then you can import data file right here.
02:07So once you do that, you can click on the FDF file format, press open and the highlight the comments
