00:26do is on the bottom right hand side you can see that there's the frame option so if I were

00:32on capture frame what happens is that it exports out the photo of this particular timeline so if
00:38I were to click on show you can see that there's the photo right here if I were to double
00:43click on
00:43it you can see the photo is here I can go around and scrub around and then what I can
00:49do is export
00:50this frame out so I'm just going to click on this one and if I were to click on show
00:54you can see
00:54that the other photo has been exported as well that particular frame has been exported as a JPEZ
01:01photo I can go around and choose the moment that I like let's say I want this particular moment where
01:07the car is right here then I click on the capture frame and it has been exported besides JPEZ you
01:15can
01:15also export out PNG and to change the format you can click on the JPEZ text right here click on
01:22it and
01:23it changes into PNG click on it again and it changes into JPEZ so let me click on PNG right
01:30here and then click on this one and now you can see that it has been exported as a PNG
01:36format just
01:37like this so depending on what you need you can export on these two formats without the style which
01:43are the standard formats used for different purposes so you can see that it has been exported as PNG and
01:51click on this again it has been exported as PNG just like that and that is how you can work
