01:41than 30 minutes ago we were able to confirm on something that happened uh tuesday american way middle school
01:46like you said they gave us the entire report number we took it and ran with it got the affidavit
01:51memphis police tells us this involved a school employee at the middle school there and a delivery
01:56driver the delivery driver who's been id'd as vincent thornton said he was late making a delivery to the
02:02school when he came into contact with this man here braxton stewart the school employee saying they got
02:09into an argument braxton stewart then stabbed him multiple times with a pen police responded on scene
02:16and found that thornton in fact had several puncture wounds on his body four on his back one between the
02:21eyes and one on the left side of his neck he was taken to bathroom between the eyes steward was
02:26taken
02:27into custody we know that he has a court appearance now this morning at 9 a.m we are probably
02:34going to
02:35send a crew there to follow up all right no they didn't though god that guy is on the edge
