In Arkansas, a State Trooper attempted to stop a Ford Focus after clocking it at 120 miles per hour in a 65 zone. Instead of pulling over, the driver fled, escalating the situation into a dangerous pursuit that included driving into oncoming lanes. 00:00An Arkansas state trooper is attempting to catch up with this 2018 Ford Focus,

00:05clocked going 120 in a 65.

00:07The driver is refusing to pull over, and the trooper moves in for a pit.

00:17TVI, TVI.

00:19The driver recovers and continues along the interstate, but he's no longer speeding.

00:24Suddenly, the driver slams on the brakes and tries to lose the trooper alongside this car dealership.

00:32The driver brakes again, but this time he actually pulls over, kind of.

00:38And the trooper pits him, and he gets away again.

00:41And again, he begins slowing down.

00:48The trooper again pits the driver,

00:53who's now on the interstate,

00:55going the wrong way.

00:57He jumps onto the service road, still going the wrong way.

01:01He pulls into this gas station,

01:04and either he needs a fill-up,

01:07or he's about to surrender.

01:09Either way, this trooper isn't taking any chances,

01:14and pits him one last time.
