01:36the acting president, Delsi Rodriguez announced very important key elements in this Venezuela Rises Again
01:45or Venezuela Renace Plan, the plan of recovery and reconstruction after the earthquakes that has been deployed.

01:53That has to do with everything from the recovery, repairing, construction and delivery of new households for those most affected.

02:13and among the largest ones worldwide, we're talking about over 850 buildings affected and 190 that have collapsed
02:25and most of them, the largest damages have been seen in this state, in La Guaira.
02:30What the acting president, Delsi Rodriguez, announced yesterday was first that she had summoned a request,

04:2350% credit, again, to be paid in over 25 years.
