00:09Carlos Rodon is set to return to the Yankees.
00:12I don't even remember about Carlos Rodon actually still being a Yankee, but he's apparently
00:17set to come back to the rotation there.
00:20And I believe the report was that Judge is actually throwing the ball now.
00:26Somewhere in there, Stanton, I know, is on his way back.
00:29Yeah, he was supposed to be back first.
00:31So all of a sudden, the Yankees could, they've got a lot of decisions to make.
00:36Rotation, who's the DH, who's playing the field?

00:42I think the Yankees reporters are saying that from the moment that Judge goes back on the
00:48field, meaning starts doing baseball activities, they think it's going to be, think about this,
00:54one month.
00:55So look at the timeline.
00:58We are at August, today is the 17th.
01:02So let's say that happens in the next few days.
01:05He probably would return, Joe, for the last week or the last two weeks of the season.
01:10That's when they're looking at Aaron Judge coming back.
01:13Stanton's sooner because he's not going to play the field.
01:15It doesn't matter.
01:16He's just going to hit.
01:17But it's possible the Yankees will have everybody back for that postseason run.
01:23Now, I'm assuming that Judge, Joe, is going to have to spend two weeks in AAA, right?
01:30Like, I mean, this can't be like four or five days in AAA.
01:33And by the way, the thing that they test you on, Joe, is that Aaron Judge is going to start
01:38minor league games, and then he's not going to play.
01:41And then he's going to have to play back-to-back days.
01:44So until he can play in back-to-back days, he's not coming back.
01:49So it's going to be, I would say, probably weeks before he does.
01:53So look for Judge if he does return last week of the season or close to it.
01:59I don't think you're going to see him for a while, but that would be such a huge boost
02:03if they got him back for the postseason.
02:05I'm going to be very interested in what the Yankees are going to do with the rotation with
02:09Rodon back because, call me crazy, Ryan Weathers has been one of the best starters in Major League
02:16Baseball for over a month, Craig.
02:19I mean, he has been lights out for him there.
02:22So you're not taking him out of the rotation for Carlos Rodon.
02:26So they're going to have some decisions to make here.
02:29Somebody's going to the bullpen, likely Will Warren, I would imagine.
02:33But I'm not taking Ryan Weathers out of that rotation just yet here.
02:38He has been lights out for the Yankees.
02:41But it's an embarrassment of riches, right?

02:44You'll figure it out once you get there.
02:47In the meantime, got to win a couple of games here.
