00:28of dream to win this race one day and everything kind of fell into place this year for me to
00:32do it others knew exactly how to put the fun in fun run we seem to have a fine bunch

00:39this morning we need more awareness in the community about bananas we need more bananas
00:46some seem to be coming for them it's too much fun too much fun but these people aren't just running
00:52for fun they're also running for 686 charities and they've already raised millions of dollars for
00:59their causes this morning for sick kids so brightening the lives of sick kids and their families is our
01:05mission angels descended from bathurst and sydney to raise money for little ted and baby leo they
01:11both have um angelman syndrome which is a rare uh genetic disorder and uh today we're going to be
01:17running to raise money um the the charity is fast fast and uh basically searching for a cure and
01:24the minute we got his diagnosis less than a year ago we knew we wanted to use city to surf
01:29to raise awareness and funds for angelman syndrome the young athletes may not have had
01:34the fastest time but they did have the coolest wings
