02:54Well, we've washed our hands,
02:56so let's get started.
02:57Now, some cheesecakes that you eat
02:59have a sweet flavour,
03:00but the one that we're going to make today
03:02has a really lovely savoury flavour.
03:04And the first thing that we're going to do
03:05to make it is make the base.
03:08And we're going to do that
03:09by bashing up some oat cake biscuits.
03:11But before we start bashing,
03:13we've got to count four oat cakes
03:14into a plastic bag.
03:16And you can join in with the counting too.
03:19One, two, three, four.
03:27Excellent.
03:28Now, just put your plate to the side,
03:30hold the plastic bag nice and tightly,
03:33and then use the rolling pin
03:35to bash them up.
03:36Ready?

03:43And once they're all nicely bashed up,
03:45just pour the crumbs into your bowl.
03:50OK, team, the next thing we're going to add
03:52are some pumpkin seeds.

03:56And next, we're going to add some melted butter,
03:58which has cooled down and it's all ready to use.
04:00So let's whoosh the melted butter in too.

04:07And then give everything a really good mix
04:09using your spoon.

04:20And once you've mixed it all up, everyone,
04:22we're going to use our spoons
04:24to scoop the mixture up
04:25and put them into our pots.
04:27So take one pot,
04:29take the lid off,
04:30and take a big scoop of your mixture.
04:34That's it,
04:35and put it into your pot.
04:37And then use your fingers
04:38to squash the mixture down in the pot,
04:40like this.
04:42Squash, squash, squash.
04:44And then do the same
04:45for the other four pots.
04:47That one.
04:49And these are going to give the cheesecake
04:51a really lovely crunchy base.
04:53The next thing we're going to add
04:55is some lovely soft cheese
04:57and cottage cheese.
04:58Now let's pour our cottage cheese
05:00into our soft cheese.
05:01Ready?
05:02Gloop, gloop, gloop, gloop, gloop, gloop.
05:04And then use your spoon
05:05to scoop it out if it gets stuck.
05:07And then just give the two cheeses
05:09a really good mix.
05:13This is a really white bowl, isn't it?
05:15We could call this our snowy bowl.

05:20Get your bowl like this,
05:21and then get a spoon.

05:24And then go mix, mix, mix.

05:31just pop your bowl to one side.

05:34some lovely cherry tomatoes.
05:37And we're going to snip them up
05:39using our scissors.
05:40But remember, be careful with scissors.

05:49So hold the handle of the cup
05:51and let's snip them up.

06:36and we're going to squeeze the juice

06:39to get out all the pips.
06:40So give it a good squeeze.
