00:00:11Robert you've spent I don't know how many years and how many millions of dollars probably more
00:00:16money than any person in the history of the world pursuing topics of mutual interest you've been at
00:00:20this even longer than I have which is an awful long time I think it even started in a past
00:00:24life
00:00:25for me it's been a very long time you know at the beginning when I first knew you back in
00:00:30the late
00:00:3080s the idea of disclosure was such a far-off concept it really wasn't even you know we're
00:00:37trying to figure out what what's real what do people know what do we need to know but the idea
00:00:42of someone announcing disclosure whether that's the president or the pope or something like that
00:00:47was just such a far away idea it's not the subject was was made fun of it was a joke
00:00:51yeah and mostly
00:00:53by a lot of the media propagated that right right right I've been on the receiving end of that
00:00:57you have too but now it's not so far away anymore I mean the idea of disclosure is being discussed
00:01:02early this year the president issued a directive said start releasing information on these files
00:01:09now it's been a little disappointing what's been released so far and I don't know who's in charge
00:01:14of what gets released but at least it's happened and he's acknowledged that it's something he wants
00:01:19to share with the public that's an amazing step to come that far but you had a chance to speak
00:01:24directly with the president and urged him to go even further earlier this year when did that happen
00:01:31so I was I was in the process for for several months putting together a series of reports on seven
00:01:41different topics and UAPs ET and disclosure was one of the topics and so when I was ready I asked
00:01:54to see
00:01:54him and so January or February the 6th I was in the Oval Office with the president and there was
00:02:02a staff
00:02:03secretary by the name of William Scharf S-C-H-A-R-F who was also there with the president
00:02:11myself and
00:02:13I had concerns about dumping so much information on him at one time and I asked Susie
00:02:23Susie Wiles Susie Wiles
00:02:25should I really shouldn't I hold back and maybe only give him two or three papers and she said no
00:02:32she said go ahead and give him everything I can tell you this it may take him a while but
00:02:38he will
00:02:38eventually read it all I said okay I'll do it you don't know how much time you've got with him
00:02:43I
00:02:43haven't a clue I figure it's probably more than 30 minutes but I don't know and as it turned out
00:02:48I
00:02:48we were finished in about an hour and 15 or 20 minutes and but I could have taken two days
00:02:54because these were complex subjects and on the disclosure UAP ET subject which is always great
00:03:02fun to talk about that's a really important one it's super important what was your goal going in
00:03:08what was the one thing you wanted to convey to him on that topic that what that you wanted to
00:03:13come out
00:03:13and have him understand in such a short period of time I only had an average of like 11 minutes
00:03:19per paper to talk about a paper um I wish I had a lot more but I let me let
00:03:27me read to you something
00:03:28I I told him I wanted him to say verbatim and I described where he should say it not where
00:03:34a podium
00:03:35existed and a lot of media existed but I said I want you to for example deliver this statement
00:03:42and as you were getting on to air place air force one and you're about to go through the the
00:03:49hatchway
00:03:49through the door uh but you stop and talk to the media and you might say something like uh I
00:03:55just
00:03:56want you to hear something I want to make a statement and I would said and this is what I
00:04:02want you to say
00:04:02Mr. President a non-human intelligent presence has been on earth for a very long time using spacecraft and
00:04:11with performances completely beyond our capabilities and our human physics and that's it to say nothing
00:04:20else that's it that's all because what this is is disclosure and and you're it's actually confirmation
00:04:28and and the two are well welded together these are wedded together and and confirmation has not been
00:04:36uh officially made by any president that I know of and has not they've they've had different kinds
00:04:42of contact conversations and so forth and uh a really good close friend of mine verified uh Harry
00:04:50Reid who he and I were very good friends for many many years verified with Bill Clinton that he didn't
00:04:56know about the subject and this was I think in his second term and uh there was a staffer that
00:05:02wrote a book
00:05:03and he referred to a conversation that he and and that Bill Clinton had uh President Clinton had
00:05:08and it just it involved um when President Clinton said to him uh before I leave office
00:05:16there are two things I really want to know what the hell is the UFO subject all about and who
00:05:24really
00:05:24killed JFK yeah his aide was Webb Hubble who got the assignment to go dig into those yes yes and
00:05:31he
00:05:31didn't get the answer so Harry took the book right so I gave him the book and I showed him
00:05:34where on page
00:05:35well so-and-so has said that so he he met with with the President Clinton he said did you
00:05:40say this
00:05:40and Clinton said hell yes would you like to know the the answers to those two things you know
00:05:45he said absolutely you know I would I mean the sense that we have after digging into this topic
00:05:51for a long time presidents come and presidents go and they have varying degrees of interest in the
00:05:57topic and various uh varying degrees of knowledge of it right uh if they don't push it they're not
00:06:04going to find out is that your sense of it absolutely absolutely you have to somebody has to be the
00:06:09the
00:06:10driving horse to pull that wagon and it's and it can't let go I suppose even if they do press
00:06:16press it
00:06:17and push it they don't necessarily get briefed oh well they will not have anything to do they will not
00:06:22know anything about unacknowledged saps for sure and only on a really serious need-to-know basis would
00:06:29they have anything to do with acknowledged saps you know tssci is nowhere near close enough you know
00:06:35that that was only clearances that we had top secret special compartmental information uh that's
00:06:42not even remotely close enough well let's go back to Donald Trump you know him I mean it's not like
00:06:47you're hanging out and going bowling on Saturday nights but your friends you've supported him over the
00:06:51years a lot of money a lot of donations in his campaigns you know him you've been to Mar-a
00:06:56-Lago
00:06:56he calls you from time to time so the chance to sit down and talk with him on this topic
00:07:02that's the
00:07:02first time you've talked to him about it well it was a big honor to be in the Oval Office
00:07:06on and and
00:07:07being able to brief him on so many different kinds of really sensitive important topics and including
00:07:14this one and uh it was it was a lot of fun we will come back to the other topics
00:07:20at some point
00:07:21in the future conversations I hope this is the first of many that we have uh but you you prepare
00:07:26a document for him and what you want to convey in that time period and then there's additional
00:07:32material in that document like what what'd you have in there well so first I said okay we got to
00:07:37clear
00:07:37we we you know the resolute desk is a very famous desk and that's what he was sitting behind I
00:07:43said
00:07:43we're going to have to clear all half of this stuff off the desk so William the other the the
00:07:48staff
00:07:49secretary there uh we started we we were grabbing things and and sorry uh we were grabbing things
00:07:56and uh so we were we made room for these seven different stacks of reports that I'm leaving
00:08:02behind they were more than just one copy and so um so that's how it started and um and we
00:08:11got into
00:08:11to to the topic about um the UAP topic and in disclosure and um we had um I remember talking
00:08:25at some time
00:08:25about um the gatekeepers so this disclosure is a process and I and I was I was emphasizing
00:08:34that the disclosure process starting with confirmation is a big deal that you know that
00:08:41really is important for somebody like the president of the United States to say yeah they're real they're
00:08:45here and eliminate all the other nonsense all the noise that's been going on for 80 years um
00:08:53and so I wanted him to focus on gatekeepers um and I emphasize these people because they're the ones
00:09:03that are in government locations and private corporation locations that have spent their
00:09:09substantial lives or careers um working in in very uh secluded environments um and they have custody
00:09:21of the goods more information than they are diamonds in a coal mine they have
00:09:32um they have obtained information about et themselves uh about hardware um other countries are working on this
00:09:45exact same thing so you have to be careful not to talk about things that would give other people
00:09:51advantages and so on and uh the gatekeepers I've I've told people that there are heroes of a different
00:09:59kind a lot of people would laugh at that but it's true it's true um they go to their graves
00:10:06taking information that they their spouses uh have never heard their children have never heard
00:10:13they can't talk about it to any any friend um so um they're isolated about that and and after a
00:10:22while
00:10:22I think that must be a burden you know to to hold those kinds of secrets I remember uh I
00:10:29I was I was
00:10:31talking to Sappho Henderson one time and Pappy Henderson was her husband and she said well we were in the
00:10:40grocery store one time and uh he's and there's an article in there in one of the magazines about it's
00:10:47finally been revealed about ets and aliens and they're in the line you know getting their groceries
00:10:53and he says oh my god Sapphi he says uh I can I can I guess it's out now I
00:11:00can actually tell you
00:11:01what I've been doing all these years he was one of the pilots of uh one of the cargo planes
00:11:07taking
00:11:08uh from Roswell uh in in the crash retrieval of Roswell in 47 and so um and then
00:11:17um she said to me well later uh and her daughter daughter was there too as we were taught she
00:11:24was
00:11:24relating the story he had since passed away but she said it was so funny because uh he said I
00:11:31wasn't I
00:11:32wasn't supposed to know that because the article really wasn't an expose of a fact and of truth
00:11:37it was like the weekly world news yeah it was just a cover story to get attention so you're buying
00:11:42the
00:11:43magazine you know uh where you check out and so and he he said oh he said god he said
00:11:49I probably
00:11:50shouldn't he said I guess it was just something that that was out there in the magazine and I
00:11:54shouldn't have told you anything so don't say anything to anybody but that was that was really
00:12:00my first realization about how um how private that information is kept with everybody involved
00:12:09you know for for uh unacknowledged and acknowledged saps let's go back to the beginning of this
00:12:15meeting so you go in you've got seven papers you issues that you want to discuss with him uap et
00:12:21disclosure being one of them you walk into the office you don't know how much time you're going to have
00:12:26and for purposes of our conversation you can't tell me and our listeners you can't say what the
00:12:32president said right no I can't so you can only tell me what you told him but you you go
00:12:37into it with
00:12:37an idea of not just things in the sky floating around some mystery we've got the goods somewhere
00:12:43there are crashes do you tell them that there are bodies that there are crash retrieval vehicles from
00:12:50of unknown origin or how specific do you get on that um I I basically I focused on him
00:13:03and how to prepare himself if he's not already prepared and it's not normal for for a businessman
00:13:13to be a researcher in these kinds of topics you know survival of consciousness beyond permanent bodily
00:13:20death or ufos and ets that's not normal and so um I was advising him to try to be as
00:13:31quick a study
00:13:31as he can because he's going to be getting advice from a lot of different folks and um so he
00:13:38needs
00:13:38to do all that he can to to find responsible material to read um from really good good authors
00:13:46and and reliable reliable uh uh books that that uh you can trust and government agencies the people
00:13:53that work for him and that's that's tough yes because um because they can be distant from
00:14:03so it depends on on whether they've heard it second hand first second third or fourth hand fifth hand
00:14:10first hand would be you you've actually experienced it yourself but are you third hand or fourth hand or
00:14:16how far down the chain uh are you in terms of the information that's been relayed to you and how
00:14:22much
00:14:22has that conversation changed as it been passed on and passed on from person to person um and really
00:14:29if you got a just a short glimpse of something going down a hallway looking into a window or somewhere
00:14:35where normally you shouldn't have been maybe but you were escorted by a friend and maybe you saw
00:14:43something that um was dramatic but all you saw was the tip of an iceberg you really didn't understand
00:14:50the fundamentals of what you saw you might have saw a being or you might have seen a structure
00:14:56and so it's tricky as to when you're talking to to human beings about anything it's tricky
00:15:03as to as to what they're revealing all right you're conveying to him this is real you need to pay
00:15:09attention to it you should probably make an announcement at some point but don't go too far
00:15:15and you're conveying to him it's serious and that there have been people who've been keeping this
00:15:20secret for a long time including probably from him i mean he's made statements here and there
00:15:26offhanded remarks about ufos etc he's not entitled to know on unacknowing saps or even
00:15:31acknowledging saps basically presidents of united states and this is this is kind of uh rough because
00:15:38um this this field has more trust in 30-year admirals and generals i mean that's just everybody kind of
00:15:50knows that that's been around um politicians come and they go and um and so 30-year admirals and generals
00:16:02are are much more in the eyes of folks people who will stay the course because they're not running
00:16:11for an election they're not going to be here just for four years or eight years or if they're a
00:16:16senator
00:16:16for a term of six or 12 or 18 or whatever um but and they're not their life is not
00:16:23to please the public
00:16:25is not their life isn't compromised by being a politician so admirals and and generals and
00:16:32intelligence and intelligence officers of course of course but um they're not trying to please the
00:16:40public all the time they're not trying to to try to find compromises between very two very diverse
00:16:46large groups of folks and trying to make as many people happy as they can so you're conveying to him
00:16:53there are people who know about this stuff that have not told you because you're a temporary
00:16:59occupant of the white house i don't think you want to say it that way but well it's true do
00:17:03you have a
00:17:04sense that he'd ever been briefed we've read conflicting reports that there have been briefings for him
00:17:08on this topic you can't quote what he told you but did you get a sense that he'd ever been
00:17:13told
00:17:14about the goods i can't comment really on body language or comments that he said or anything like that
00:17:21because it's i i don't want to do that to him right i don't want to i don't want to
00:17:26reveal anything
00:17:27it's not my business i was just a messenger i was just kind of a person that's uh trying to
00:17:34give him
00:17:35information on a number of different topics all of them were important and um that's it and have my
00:17:4275 minutes and i'm done would you guess based on what you know about the topic and how it's been
00:17:48handled over the decades would you guess that he had been briefed or that any other president's
00:17:53been brief you know that bill clinton was not even though he expressed an interest in it so at some
00:17:58point the president has to be told no we can't tell you i think bush senior knew quite a bit
00:18:05because
00:18:05he was the head of the cia i think uh nixon did um i think eisenhower did um so it's
00:18:15it's kind of
00:18:15hit and miss over historic over the period of history as to who has and who hasn't can you tell
00:18:21us what would be in the briefing document that you left behind was it cases here's a wave of ufos
00:18:27here's a case here was a crash anything like that yeah yeah i i uh related uh conversations i have
00:18:34had
00:18:34with general de brower who was the chief of the air force for belgium and there was a very interesting
00:18:40flap that it was about 18 months long with triangle triangular craft and uh he was in command of all
00:18:47the air force and he really chased the heck out of these and and he told me he said bob
00:18:51you just
00:18:53i'm just burning fuel and it makes no sense i he said we're going to stop because we're not getting
00:18:58anywhere all we're doing is getting closer you know photographs and things but we're not getting
00:19:03anywhere we don't we're not we're not getting any information that is really valuable for us to
00:19:09understand anything you know and i gave him other examples of where large amounts of witnesses
00:19:15were involved and so that he could read about these particular incidences um and and and of course the
00:19:24one with five simington is in 97 was so interesting because there you had a governor who was an actual
00:19:30witness and he made a joke of it on and brought a guy in an alien suit on stage because
00:19:37he was scared
00:19:37to death it's the phoenix lights the phoenix lights which weren't just lights it was actually
00:19:42friggin craft and it came from northern arizona i think it started actually in southern nevada is where
00:19:49the craft began and uh in the henderson area i think somewhere in there and so you see this huge
00:19:56triangular craft gigantic craft going slowly and uh he was scared to death but finally fast forward 10
00:20:04years later and he confesses that he was an eyewitness but he didn't know what to do
00:20:09so he was there at a point in time when the dynamic of disclosure could have been forced and actually
00:20:15uh a confirmation could have been from a governor of the state like that he was a credible guy
00:20:20so we've had many incidences like that where they in the early 50s flying over the white house in the
00:20:25capitol building we've had so many of those so i in my report i included a lot of very dramatic
00:20:31um beyond a reasonable doubt kind of uh witnesses of of exhibitions did you share with him anything
00:20:40about your knowledge of a classified program you you got a top secret security clearance right
00:20:46yeah it was for the osap program for bass right operated under the dia yeah you learned a lot during
00:20:54that program it's the largest accumulation of ufo info of any government-funded ufo program ever yeah
00:21:01you didn't tell him about it it wasn't credible enough i felt for him um uh it's just something
00:21:09pertaining to me and uh whereas these other examples are historic and they're in a lot of literature
00:21:17they're very famous the witnesses the amount of witnesses were huge uh we operated under um
00:21:26a private situation with the skinwalker ranch and um he wouldn't relate to well we all had
00:21:34hitchhikers we all took things home with us you know we all saw a lot of stuff uh whether it
00:21:39was at
00:21:40the ranch or where we lived and it didn't make any difference where in the united states we lived
00:21:45uh we we we saw a lot of things and but that wouldn't be relevant for him to be able
00:21:52to relate
00:21:52to that right well so why talk about it yeah i mean you know you're kind of jumping into the
00:21:57deep
00:21:57end of the pool when you get into hitchhikers and skinwalkers maybe for your first big conversation
00:22:02on this topic that might not be the place to go no you know and i i didn't i couldn't
00:22:07even see if
00:22:08he said well i need a beer i i couldn't even give him a something to drink you know maybe
00:22:11stronger
00:22:12than that so i didn't want to do anything you know um you you did you use the term non
00:22:18-human
00:22:18intelligence in the sentence you gave him hey try this in the as you're climbing aboard air force one
00:22:24say that to media and then you know close the door right you said non-human intelligence not et
00:22:29are they the same and and did you share anything with him about what you think it is well there
00:22:36have
00:22:36been reports of humans on board right but the non-human are more interesting i mean if a human's
00:22:45on board and he or she has free reign of the craft that's pretty damn interesting right but and you
00:22:51don't know where those people are when they're not on board so but the other ones uh are some are
00:22:58scary
00:22:59you know some um it's not surprising that in the universe everything is going to look like us every
00:23:06every intelligent organism is going to look like us um but you have to have it's also a matter of
00:23:15respect for any really intelligent animal or or and creature or whatever it is right and the more
00:23:26advanced the more respect because you don't know what they know and you don't you don't know the
00:23:30future and they may know they may know more than just the now if you were to have a second
00:23:36conversation
00:23:36with them would you explain that et is one idea but it's not necessarily the only option for a
00:23:42non-human intelligence that's out there you have to tell me first how much time do i have a second
00:23:48conversation let's get let's make it an hour you have an hour with the president what would you tell
00:23:53them about who they are who they might be um so i would try to get into the complexity
00:24:04of the relationship that once you've had confirmation you know you've given that that text
00:24:10to that little sentence i i wrote and quoted there and you start to go down the path of disclosure
00:24:17where it's more than than just flares uh flur videos uh and um you're not seeing other things
00:24:27are much more crystal clear and you know in video um uh or legitimate people in places that you
00:24:37recognize these people and they're around something or with something or somebody that's a holy cow that's
00:24:46wow you know that's a very dramatic kind of disclosure about something landing on the lawn
00:24:51somewhere you know um so i think the the what i would have spent time doing is talking about
00:24:59how do you establish with you've been in 80 years of denial as a nation in the world
00:25:09we have countries who are very very upfront and others that are also in denial now you want to
00:25:15pivot 180 degrees how do you start that relationship how do you do that and it's not as though that
00:25:26we've
00:25:26ever been in control we haven't been in control of anything ever for the eight for this 80 years in
00:25:32modern history nothing we have no ability to control anything that's a tough thing to tell
00:25:38the president right i would think that would be a tough thing for a president to accept well you're
00:25:42giving me an hour to talk to him you said so i'm using my hour all right so yeah so
00:25:48uh that's what i i
00:25:50would that's a really intriguing thing is how do you do that where do you start and into a
00:25:56relationship and and and i would say more like well i would want to start with the biggest question
00:26:05i would ask i would say what i want to get from them is my first question is what are
00:26:13the chances we
00:26:13are going to survive ourselves that we are not going to annihilate ourselves because they've already
00:26:22are familiar with a whole lot of other species on a lot of other worlds other other planets so chances
00:26:28are they have a pretty good idea percentage and it's not that we're a spiritual species
00:26:38you talk to people that have near-death experiences they're changed for the rest of their life they become
00:26:43a spiritual person of a caliber that they've never been well we're a long way
00:26:51as an average from that category from that level there are monsters among us as human beings
00:27:00and they're angelic people among us so we're we are a danger to another species we're potentially the
00:27:09klingons we have a technological maturity that is is not just going on a line but it's vertical
00:27:16and it's segmented because it's jumping and and it's in meanwhile our spiritual maturity just bumps
00:27:23along the bottom you know so we look at the 20th century 60 million people were killed are we ever
00:27:29going to get beyond that so the thing of it is we don't we know so little about how to
00:27:36do it how to
00:27:37have a relationship um i'm not in any position to really advise except for the few ideas i have
00:27:44as to where to start and the how is really super important it's not going to be like a close
00:27:51encounter
00:27:51of the third kind which was really cool movie um and it's not going to be because of seti
00:27:57you know it's going to be by some other kinds of means that you're you're embarking on and um i'm
00:28:05interested in that kind of research we go back to your meeting with the president you walk into the
00:28:09oval office they clear off the resolute desk you spread out your seven piles of stuff and you start
00:28:17making a presentation about each one in particular about et non-human intelligence you can't say what he
00:28:23said to you can you say whether he asked questions was he curious he was he was distracted by other
00:28:33things so he also asked me he did ask questions but he asked questions about other stuff that wasn't
00:28:42necessarily just on what i was talking about he's getting your input on other things going on in the
00:28:47world yeah yeah if you had to make a guess would you would you guess that you got through to
00:28:53him on this issue i mean he hasn't stood in the in the doorway of air force one and made
00:28:58those
00:28:58remarks yet but he he has taken some pretty dramatic steps uh on this topic since you met with him
00:29:05do you
00:29:06think you made a dent don't know i advised him on something that i can measure and he hasn't taken
00:29:14my
00:29:15advice so far on what i suggested to him on a totally different unrelated subject but so
00:29:23far uh he has not taken my advice well somebody seems to have got through to him because he's been
00:29:30taking steps that we're seeing real results i mean people are are uh either well i'm talking about an
00:29:36unrelated subject altogether right so so yes there there are a couple of different task forces um that
00:29:45are that are involved um so there there is a there is an initiation of an activity in this subject
00:29:55it
00:29:56remains to be seen though that he gives actual presidential confirmation i don't i haven't maybe
00:30:02you're more aware than i am has that been has he done that not not really nothing like what i'd
00:30:08call
00:30:08confirmation but that's really what you're talking about i remember us having a conversation 2008
00:30:14uh when right after you had signed the contract with dia for bass to run this program and you made
00:30:20the case then that what we need is not disclosure it's confirmation yeah for somebody like the president
00:30:26i'm not sure if it could be anyone less than the president that steps forward and says this and it
00:30:31carries the same kind of weight it's a big appetizer you know you're you're looking for the entree
00:30:35and and where's the dessert in this whole buffet but the but the uh confirmation is a huge appetizer
00:30:43to start with and that's why that's why i started with that in my conversation with him
00:30:48is pushing him to try and do make a confirmation and maybe he wants to get personally more comfortable
00:30:57um and uh you know he will go down in history for a lot of things for better or worse
00:31:05that people
00:31:05are on both sides of the fence about him and so forth but um he's involved in so many different
00:31:13things and has been that i don't know what his legacy is going to be i really don't he has
00:31:19an
00:31:19opportunity to in this serious subject to to build a legacy uh using this as part of the blocks part
00:31:28of
00:31:28the the brick and the structure of of the the content of a structure that um is very unique
00:31:36so you can have all the political programs that you want and and and so forth and nobody is going
00:31:42to
00:31:42really remember those as time goes by as the decades fade away nobody can remember benghazi
00:31:49and afghanistan and iraq different kinds of things and that's just recent history you know it's
00:31:55the world goes so fast but the president that took on the challenge of disclosure and of confirmation
00:32:04and actually built a satisfactory conclusion of a relationship between human beings and that subject
00:32:12is going to go down in history as having really accomplished something
00:32:17and if it's handled right it can be done successfully a lot of presidents have made comments
00:32:24often after they're out of office on this topic yeah gosh i'm really interested in that or wouldn't
00:32:29that be something or i think aliens could exist something like that but nothing like what you're
00:32:33talking about which amounts to confirmation saying it's real they're here we got to figure it out
00:32:39and stopping it there not disclosing well the dialogue the ability to to learn something from
00:32:45them is huge um what can we what can we do for you i mean that that's that's where one
00:32:53of the first
00:32:53things i would i would ask is not just are we going to survive ourselves yeah that's pretty damn
00:32:58important that's like probably number one you know but close behind that is okay we've been aware of you
00:33:05for a long time and the government's never admitted it but us as a public we know it and we're
00:33:13really
00:33:13curious is there anything that we can do for you not just what can you do i loved what john
00:33:20kennedy
00:33:20always what he said famously don't ask what the country can do for you ask what you can do for
00:33:26your
00:33:26country that was that's huge so that's giving them a kind of a respect that they deserve if you were
00:33:34president would you announce that yes we've got crash retrievals yes we have reverse engineering
00:33:39programs and yes we've got bodies yeah because the rest of the world already knows that the people
00:33:44that count in russia and china already know because they've got their own oh yeah freaking yes
00:33:50yeah they've had their missiles shut down they've had their missiles activated
00:33:53you know depending on which country you're talking about have you considered the political
00:33:58fallout for a president let's say it's trump because he he might be the guy that would do it
00:34:03and and just cast his fate to the winds but he makes an announcement yeah they're here yeah we've
00:34:09got programs yeah we've got crashes we've got bodies that's as far as i'm able to go right now
00:34:14what happens to him politically is he able to get anything else that's more than i would have said
00:34:19right for him to say right what you just said that goes i would advise him to say initially what
00:34:24you
00:34:24just said you just say non-human intelligence been here a long time yeah that one sentence is a
00:34:30harder because it's a huge canon you've opened up pandora's box in terms of oh my gosh what's going
00:34:37to happen what's going to it's okay so now you you can you can you can categorize and segment into
00:34:44topics
00:34:45and you need time to do that and it needs to be digestible and it needs to be not packaged
00:34:50in a scary
00:34:51kind of way is and and it can't be packaged in a way that you're divulging what you shouldn't be
00:34:56divulging you know other countries aren't so there's there's reasons to have national secrets
00:35:02there really are i mean that's kind of like common sense right we don't want the russians and chinese
00:35:08and maybe other adversaries to know how far along we are or are not on figuring this out absolutely
00:35:13especially of that i think that the relationship thing is a mankind relationship it's not just for
00:35:23america when you're embarking as a president on trying to initiate uh a
00:35:34a solemn relationship
00:35:38you're not doing for us of a only
00:35:42and so the and then we probably can do a show on communication but the it's really complex because
00:35:50who are you going to have initiated are you going to have politicians initiate
00:35:58are you going to have military people because everybody has kind of their own mindset um are
00:36:04you going to have a bunch of lawyers initiated um are you going to have scientists only initiated
00:36:12so it's and and how do you know to whom you're talking you know how do you know you can
00:36:19trust what
00:36:20they're saying because it depends on the form of initiative of communication and what are you asking
00:36:26for in the way of proof or demonstrations to establish trust both ways in the communication
00:36:34process because we haven't had that happen before it is totally new ground and frankly we need the
00:36:43others help we need the help of the others to help to to guide us you and others have made
00:36:52attempts
00:36:53to find the programs find the legacy programs find the goods you you had some success in that that we
00:36:59will discuss it in a in a previous in a upcoming conversation uh but the doors in general the doors
00:37:06get slammed in your face jay stratton who became head of the uap task force after osap after that atip
00:37:13thing he made a point to go try to find it and he appointed this guy david grush who had
00:37:18these high
00:37:18level security clearances grush says he found it there are people like grush whistleblowers people
00:37:25who worked in programs or for contractors who want to tell what they know but are afraid they'd be
00:37:31prosecuted do you what advice would you give the president about how to handle those folks there have
00:37:37been attempts to give them legal clearance to go ahead and come forward they're not buying it so far
00:37:42would you give them sort of a pass the authorization to tell what they know and would you do the
00:37:49same
00:37:50thing to corporate interests who've been hiding this stuff at the request of the u.s government
00:37:56so yeah it's a it's a function of it's a matter of faith mostly uh on the other side that's
00:38:06difficult for
00:38:07them uh because the history says differently going back 80 years from the initial threats of people
00:38:17that were at crash retrieval sites that weren't supposed to be there and the threats that was
00:38:23made by the military going way back if you talk about it we'll kill you yeah i'm not talking about
00:38:28just men in black or anything like that you know um so it gets down to a matter of trust
00:38:37so again you should i mean preemptive pardons that's that's a start but that's um and you you
00:38:46need to have a people that are really experienced in task force that know about the subject you don't
00:38:53want people that are having to go to class and they've had no class instructions that they can be
00:39:01bright people but you need really to have people who are bright about the subject and who have had
00:39:06contact in different kinds of ways and so and there are a lot of excellent people out there
00:39:13who you who you have on on our side as as communicators really matters and what their backgrounds are
00:39:21and what their attitudes are especially you're talking about us communicating with them yeah the others
00:39:26yes and you think that the expertise in doing something like that is in the hands of a very
00:39:32small group of people in the corporate world contractors who've been carrying the ball for the u.s
00:39:39government for the past 80 years i think i think uh i think the gatekeepers are yes they should
00:39:46definitely have a role in in terms of communication absolutely well let's talk about the gatekeepers
00:39:52because that's part of your recommendation to the president is give them a free pass on on clear
00:39:59them from legal liability for whatever has happened give them a pardon ahead of time right and uh and
00:40:06and take the pressure off of them so that they can convey information that's been kept secret yeah
00:40:11because it all started with the government that's where this all began maybe the private corporations
00:40:18have had participated perhaps in a in a retrieval or two but basically it's our own government
00:40:27that has sanctioned this in the private sector with all these these companies so uh not all i mean
00:40:33both a few these few companies it's not like shame on the corporate world uh because there always has
00:40:43been a partnership they're complicit the united states government is absolutely totally complicit
00:40:47and any kind of process of back engineering or anything to do with ets any kind of of contact
00:40:54in one way or another with ets absolutely complicit and so uh nobody can be a hypocrite on on this
00:41:03on
00:41:04this level you know so so yeah the gatekeepers are extremely valuable they absolutely need to be
00:41:10included in any communication process so you would say for sure you know that the government our
00:41:16government military intelligence agencies have recovered crash discs or materials or mechanisms
00:41:24machinery advanced machinery from somewhere else and that we've handed that over to contractors to
00:41:31figure it out yes yes for sure yes yes i i am i am sure and you're right your argument
00:41:39would be those
00:41:40are the guys who've been the gatekeepers and the secret keepers for the last 80 years because we ask them
00:41:46to do that yes yeah and and and and it's it has behooved the companies to to make progress i
00:41:56mean and you
00:41:57could say well if the companies uh if it's revealed uh what companies have access to hardware
00:42:08what's going to happen to the image of those companies or the stock value of those companies
00:42:15i would be interested in buying more stock because if they have been that far advanced
00:42:23and their there's whatever their value is isn't even based on this whole secret area of technology
00:42:30technology and they already have made progress you think they have made progress i'm just saying if
00:42:35okay if they've already made progress and if you're concerned that they're going to be somehow
00:42:41adversely affected by the stock market on what their company is worth i would go buy stock because i think
00:42:48the opposite is going to happen i think this becomes a country a company of real interest in terms of
00:42:56wow uh they have a future that no other companies have we are not exactly sure what that future is
00:43:04in
00:43:04these technologies but now we we know a whole lot more than we ever did before and they you know
00:43:12so
00:43:12now these companies are more free to put more scientists at the front lines in these companies
00:43:18to reinvigorate the staff that they currently have and more capital more money and so you think okay
00:43:27more can happen more quickly what you don't want is to see things weaponized because that's what that's
00:43:35that's what human beings are good at is what weaponizing every friggin thing they can get their
00:43:41hands on so that's what men do would these contractors have some sort of legal liability let's say
00:43:48there's disclosure you've been hiding this stuff all this time there'll be some people that want
00:43:52to go after them right how dare you hide this lie to us i try to give people credit for
00:43:59if they can
00:44:01think if they can have time to think things through if they can have information and this is a big
00:44:08if
00:44:08if they can start to acquire information they can trust and you don't have a concophony of a hundred
00:44:14different sources bombarding you and it's a junk pile and you're having to determine what's where
00:44:22where are the jewels in this junk pile of information and that's not easy to determine right off unless you
00:44:31already have a background in stuff that's in the junk pile you know and so you can recognize it you
00:44:37and
00:44:37i can recognize things that somebody else wouldn't recognize because we already know background we can
00:44:42relate it to a lot of other sources of information we have so it all triangulates to aha this is
00:44:48real
00:44:48this is a fact okay i don't know if you know the specific answers to this but let's just do
00:44:54it as a
00:44:55hypothetical company x gets the materials from two crashes maybe there's bodies in there they get it from
00:45:01the u.s government would they be required to keep it quiet is that part of the condition and would
00:45:07they
00:45:07have signed an agreement they've had the stuff for 80 years maybe they've made progress in
00:45:12understanding it maybe they've made machines or or weapons or uh flying machines based on what they've
00:45:19learned is that theirs um could we go after it would would the public want to go after it would
00:45:26anybody in government uh dispute the ownership of it and and what is the agreement that they make is
00:45:33that in a contract or is it a um a handshake and they've they keep this secret because we asked
00:45:39them
00:45:40to keep it a secret so there's two areas of seriousness in what you just said one is craft and
00:45:46one is bodies
00:45:46or living beings
00:45:50the craft and the craft
00:45:54um
00:45:56is fair game in terms of
00:46:01not concerning not to be so concerned are we stepping on somebody's toes the others toes if they
00:46:16they're also higher level but probably fair game as well because they're maybe the they're
00:46:27anthropomorphic uh robotic type of beings or they're all biological um biological robots and yeah like that but
00:46:40but with what respect have they been treated or you know is it like autopsies have been done
00:46:47or has it just been necropsies like you would do on a on a cow uh with what respect have
00:46:52they been
00:46:53been treated were they ever given a burial ceremony or whatever
00:46:59living ones is a whole different level
00:47:02that's where
00:47:03you don't want to make that decision alone
00:47:05your guess would be we've had
00:47:07living ones
00:47:08right
00:47:08yeah that's my guess
00:47:10and i think that you we
00:47:12i think that's a whole different level
00:47:14of respect and
00:47:16interaction
00:47:17you would argue to the president
00:47:19in future conversations
00:47:21any gatekeeper
00:47:22company x has been holding on to this stuff
00:47:25they've been trying to figure it out
00:47:26because we asked them to do that
00:47:27they've been keeping it secret
00:47:28because we asked them to do it
00:47:30oh yeah
00:47:30give them blanket
00:47:32immunity
00:47:33give them a pardon
00:47:34in advance
00:47:35for whatever somebody might take offense to that they've done
00:47:39they've never received anything uh as an award
00:47:42as a recognition
00:47:45i've been able to share their work with anybody
00:47:48and yet and so what is it that we're trying to blame them for
00:47:52what exactly is it we're trying to blame them for
00:47:56not being for the here they
00:47:57they've they've sworn oaths
00:47:59to be
00:48:00secretive
00:48:01and
00:48:02and they know why
00:48:03and anybody who knew
00:48:05about what their work was going to be
00:48:07would know why
00:48:08and they would say yeah that's totally logical
00:48:10um
00:48:11and
00:48:12but what is it you're trying to
00:48:14what is it they're trying to nail
00:48:16what cross is it
00:48:17that you're nailing them to
00:48:19you guys lied to us and kept us secret
00:48:22is that really all there is
00:48:26is that worth
00:48:27nailing somebody to a cross
00:48:32are there good reasons for not telling the truth
00:48:35well of course there are
00:48:38how many times have you
00:48:40not told the truth to your spouse
00:48:42or to my spouse
00:48:44or to your friends or whatever
00:48:45of course there are
00:48:47and some things are far more serious than others
00:48:51and so
00:48:51and some are national security
00:48:54so
00:48:54yeah
00:48:55you have to say
00:48:56you're trying to persecute and prosecute these people
00:49:00for what legitimate reason
00:49:03the entire united states government
00:49:05has been complicit
00:49:07you're gonna
00:49:08you're gonna prosecute this case
00:49:10before a bench trial or jury trial
00:49:11and i'm gonna be the defense attorney
00:49:15for the gatekeepers
00:49:17and i'm gonna say
00:49:18wait a minute
00:49:20you're trying to argue
00:49:22to the court
00:49:24that these people have acted entirely on their own
00:49:26when i can prove to you through witnesses
00:49:29and i can prosecute through witnesses to convict
00:49:33on capital punishment
00:49:34so i can win
00:49:36if i have witnesses that say
00:49:38i have all kinds of government testimony
00:49:40from other people that are complicit
00:49:42with the corporations
00:49:45where do you want this
00:49:46this cross nailing to stop
00:49:49because it's gonna go right into the government area
00:49:52into all secret agencies
00:49:54we have 17 secret intelligence agencies
00:49:57not obviously all of them are involved in this subject
00:49:59by any means
00:50:00but several are
00:50:02where are you gonna stop
00:50:03so it's not just these people
00:50:04working for these private corporations
00:50:07right
00:50:08so
00:50:09what are they to blame for
00:50:12what is it
00:50:12why are you trying to kill them
00:50:14why are you trying to prosecute them
00:50:17instead
00:50:18look how valuable these people are
00:50:21they're what they know
00:50:22is irreplaceable
00:50:23you can't
00:50:24you can't
00:50:25there is no college university
00:50:26or any place on the planet
00:50:28that is going to be able to teach you anything
00:50:30about what these people already know
00:50:33they're
00:50:33they are your biggest asset walking around
00:50:36and the number is pretty small
00:50:37going to your restaurants
00:50:40you know
00:50:41going to your theaters
00:50:42and the number is very small
00:50:44how is it
00:50:46passed on
00:50:47i wonder
00:50:47if
00:50:47given the level of secrecy
00:50:49let's say within
00:50:51company x
00:50:52some guy's been there for 60 years
00:50:54he's got to go
00:50:55does he pass it on to someone else
00:50:57a younger person
00:50:58or
00:50:58how's that information conveyed
00:51:00i'm asking this
00:51:01because you've
00:51:02you've personally interacted
00:51:04with some of these people
00:51:04am i right
00:51:06well i think it's
00:51:06again it gets back to a matter of trust
00:51:08it gets back to people
00:51:09you've known for a long time
00:51:11that counts for something
00:51:13um
00:51:14you've known for
00:51:15for a long time
00:51:16perhaps they're not all
00:51:1720 somethings
00:51:18you know
00:51:19and
00:51:19maybe it's a growth function
00:51:21that they start out
00:51:23in certain departments
00:51:24for a long time
00:51:25work their way up to
00:51:26different departments
00:51:27that are more sophisticated
00:51:28in sensitivity
00:51:29not more sophisticated
00:51:31in the physics necessarily
00:51:33all that's true
00:51:34probably
00:51:34but
00:51:35in the sensitivity
00:51:36of
00:51:37where
00:51:38certain things
00:51:39start to connect
00:51:40all together
00:51:41to make something function
00:51:43um
00:51:44and
00:51:45and maybe
00:51:46you know
00:51:47maybe it's
00:51:48consciousness related
00:51:49uh
00:51:50as to
00:51:51how things
00:51:52are
00:51:55initiated
00:51:55do you know
00:51:57if we've made any progress
00:51:58if company x y or z
00:52:00has actually made progress
00:52:01in trying to figure out
00:52:03how these things fly
00:52:04or operate
00:52:04do you know
00:52:05i don't know
00:52:07you know the argument
00:52:08has been made
00:52:09this year
00:52:10okay
00:52:11if you've got to keep
00:52:12the technology secret
00:52:13that makes sense
00:52:13we don't want to tell
00:52:14our adversaries
00:52:15where we are
00:52:16on whether we can
00:52:17duplicate it or not
00:52:17what about the bodies
00:52:19why not let that out
00:52:20why not say
00:52:21we have bodies
00:52:22that are not humans
00:52:26well i think that's all
00:52:27part of the disclosure
00:52:27process
00:52:28right
00:52:28you know
00:52:29um
00:52:31we know
00:52:32from russia
00:52:33um
00:52:35let's talk about
00:52:36okay
00:52:37a cousin
00:52:38to what you're
00:52:39you just asked me
00:52:40so
00:52:41so we can
00:52:42we can
00:52:42uh
00:52:42talk about
00:52:43the russian
00:52:44uh
00:52:45retrieval
00:52:47case
00:52:47um
00:52:48in 88
00:52:50or 89
00:52:51kazakhstan
00:52:52yeah
00:52:52and from that
00:52:55five digit military
00:52:57unit
00:52:5773
00:52:57oh
00:52:58what about
00:52:58your blank
00:52:59your blank
00:53:00that was the
00:53:01main unit
00:53:02that went
00:53:02that was their job
00:53:04to an
00:53:05unknown
00:53:07city
00:53:07that they
00:53:08took everything
00:53:09to
00:53:10and
00:53:11on
00:53:12they found
00:53:12a device
00:53:13on board
00:53:14that
00:53:16was able
00:53:17to be
00:53:18engineered
00:53:19into a very
00:53:19powerful laser
00:53:21because that's
00:53:22what we do
00:53:23we weaponize
00:53:23every thing
00:53:24you know
00:53:25instead of saying
00:53:26how can we
00:53:27make
00:53:28create more
00:53:29food
00:53:30or whatever
00:53:31like leavengood
00:53:32did with the
00:53:32microwaves on
00:53:33on crops
00:53:34and seeds
00:53:35that grew
00:53:35much better
00:53:36so
00:53:41so
00:53:42you know
00:53:43purportedly
00:53:43the
00:53:45device was
00:53:46extremely
00:53:46powerful
00:53:47extremely
00:53:48powerful
00:53:50somebody
00:53:51got hurt
00:53:51or killed
00:53:52maybe
00:53:54the intel
00:53:55source
00:53:55was highly
00:53:56reliable
00:53:59you were
00:54:00part of
00:54:01thread
00:54:01three
00:54:03you
00:54:04managed to
00:54:05get out
00:54:05of there
00:54:05with documents
00:54:07that we
00:54:08helped
00:54:08translate
00:54:08yeah
00:54:12so you
00:54:13know about
00:54:14what I'm
00:54:14talking about
00:54:14yep
00:54:16and
00:54:19so
00:54:20have we
00:54:21had
00:54:22opportunity
00:54:22more than
00:54:23likely
00:54:23sure
00:54:24to do
00:54:25the same
00:54:25kind of
00:54:25thing
00:54:25so
00:54:26when you
00:54:26sit here
00:54:27and say
00:54:27well I
00:54:28don't know
00:54:29about
00:54:29anything
00:54:30that we've
00:54:30probably been
00:54:31successful
00:54:31on
00:54:31I would
00:54:32say
00:54:33well
00:54:34what are
00:54:34the odds
00:54:35that we
00:54:35haven't
00:54:35been
00:54:35sure we
00:54:36have been
00:54:37because
00:54:37what are
00:54:37the odds
00:54:38if Russia
00:54:39is able
00:54:39to achieve
00:54:41something
00:54:41like that
00:54:44why can't
00:54:45why can't
00:54:46Lockheed
00:54:46or you
00:54:47know
00:54:47I'm not
00:54:48going to
00:54:48name names
00:54:48but these
00:54:49other companies
00:54:49do the
00:54:50same thing
00:54:51so
00:54:52people
00:54:53are working
00:54:54on it
00:54:54are not
00:54:55dummies
00:54:55so
00:54:56you know
00:54:57you and
00:54:57I can
00:54:57sit here
00:54:58and say
00:54:58well probably
00:55:02back to
00:55:02the Trump
00:55:03meeting
00:55:03all right
00:55:04you're there
00:55:04almost an
00:55:05hour and a
00:55:05half
00:55:06you
00:55:06you have
00:55:07the seven
00:55:08reports
00:55:08stacks of
00:55:09reports
00:55:09on the
00:55:09resolute
00:55:10desk
00:55:10did they
00:55:11take them
00:55:12off the
00:55:12desk
00:55:12when you
00:55:12left
00:55:13or did
00:55:13they leave
00:55:13them there
00:55:13well actually
00:55:14I was
00:55:15I was a little
00:55:16concerned about
00:55:17what's going to
00:55:17happen to
00:55:18them
00:55:18so as the
00:55:19meeting draws
00:55:20to a close
00:55:21and everything
00:55:21and the
00:55:23president and I
00:55:24are saying
00:55:25goodbyes and
00:55:26and he's got
00:55:27other things he's
00:55:28got to go to
00:55:29and he said he
00:55:29was late as it
00:55:30was to go into
00:55:31another important
00:55:32meeting and
00:55:34so
00:55:37so William
00:55:38starts to gather
00:55:39everything up on
00:55:40his desk and
00:55:41quickly
00:55:42president Trump
00:55:43says no leave
00:55:44everything there
00:55:44I thought
00:55:45thank you
00:55:47thank you
00:55:48that's a good
00:55:48sign
00:55:49I didn't want
00:55:49him to go
00:55:50into a closet
00:55:51somewhere and
00:55:52they're never
00:55:52seen again
00:55:53because we've
00:55:54all watched the
00:55:54movie of
00:55:55Raiders of the
00:55:56Lost Ark
00:55:57where it goes
00:55:58into the
00:55:59Smithsonian
00:55:59right and
00:56:01and so you
00:56:02you say oh
00:56:03what what's been
00:56:04hidden away
00:56:04that would if
00:56:06only people had
00:56:06been able to
00:56:07see something
00:56:07so at least
00:56:09they were they
00:56:10were left there
00:56:11on his desk
00:56:11so I don't
00:56:11know what
00:56:12happened to
00:56:12him after
00:56:13that and I
00:56:14was just
00:56:14glad that
00:56:14they were
00:56:15left alone
00:56:15well we
00:56:15know two
00:56:16months later
00:56:16he started
00:56:17releasing UFO
00:56:18information he
00:56:19issued a
00:56:19directive so
00:56:19I'd like to
00:56:20believe that
00:56:21you at least
00:56:21had a hand
00:56:21in it I
00:56:22hope you
00:56:23planted the
00:56:23seed and
00:56:24then it
00:56:24goes further
00:56:25it'd be nice
00:56:26if something
00:56:27productive came
00:56:28of it and I
00:56:28hope the door
00:56:29is open where
00:56:29you you get
00:56:30invited to speak
00:56:31more with him
00:56:31because you can
00:56:32get into some
00:56:32details there
00:56:34was another
00:56:34meeting you had
00:56:35in Washington
00:56:35that made
00:56:36news I think
00:56:38it's during the
00:56:38same trip with
00:56:39RFK jr yeah
00:56:40and there's a lot
00:56:41of speculation about
00:56:42what happened
00:56:42there and I
00:56:43think people have
00:56:44tried to spin
00:56:44it in a way
00:56:45that embarrasses
00:56:46him can you
00:56:47tell the story
00:56:47about that
00:56:48encounter well
00:56:49one of my
00:56:49previous meetings
00:56:50with the
00:56:50president while
00:56:52he was running
00:56:53for re-election
00:56:53and then after
00:56:54he won the
00:56:55re-election
00:56:57was on a
00:56:58topic that he
00:56:58really liked
00:56:59the solution
00:57:00to and that
00:57:01was homeless
00:57:04treatment centers
00:57:05and it was a
00:57:06it was a very
00:57:07respectful way to
00:57:09handle a serious
00:57:09problem and
00:57:11involved
00:57:12and involved
00:57:13coagulating
00:57:14a group of
00:57:16villages into
00:57:17a large complex
00:57:17and so
00:57:20because the
00:57:20homeless population
00:57:21is all
00:57:24different shades
00:57:24of gray
00:57:25from people
00:57:27that are ready
00:57:28willing and
00:57:28able to work
00:57:29to those that
00:57:30are crazy and
00:57:31dangerous
00:57:35and so the
00:57:36facilities were
00:57:37were a little
00:57:38complex and a
00:57:40lot of them
00:57:40haven't had a
00:57:41bath forever
00:57:42or seen a
00:57:43dentist or a
00:57:44doctor in 10
00:57:44years or 15
00:57:45years or change
00:57:46of clothes or
00:57:47you know
00:57:47it's bad
00:57:49so he really
00:57:51liked the
00:57:51solution the
00:57:52paper that I
00:57:52put together on
00:57:53that and so
00:57:54I was given an
00:57:56appointment to
00:57:56see Robert
00:57:58Kennedy because
00:57:59it was his
00:58:01department his
00:58:01you know to
00:58:02this would fall
00:58:03under well I
00:58:06later learned
00:58:06that I had
00:58:08to it was
00:58:09going to have
00:58:09to be combined
00:58:10with another
00:58:11agency from a
00:58:12construction
00:58:13standpoint because
00:58:14he didn't have
00:58:15the budgets and
00:58:17the ability to
00:58:17actually build
00:58:18structures so it
00:58:20had to be two
00:58:21different agencies
00:58:22combined but we
00:58:23sit all down we
00:58:24sit down and
00:58:24there's about 12
00:58:25of us on a
00:58:26large table you
00:58:28know and he
00:58:29and I are
00:58:29sitting right
00:58:29here together
00:58:30and I'm ready
00:58:31to start talking
00:58:32about homeless
00:58:33treatment centers
00:58:33and what we can
00:58:34do here to
00:58:35really change
00:58:36things around
00:58:38so he starts
00:58:39right off the
00:58:40bat saying okay
00:58:40I want to know
00:58:41what all this
00:58:42guns and attacks
00:58:43are all about
00:58:44with aliens and
00:58:45and all these
00:58:46these who's
00:58:47gotten killed
00:58:48and this and
00:58:48that kind of
00:58:49thing and so
00:58:52he's talking
00:58:53about the
00:58:53alleged gun
00:58:54battle at
00:58:54Skinwalker Ranch
00:58:55I don't know
00:58:56which one he's
00:58:56talking about
00:58:57but he's
00:58:59he's he's
00:59:00so I I'm
00:59:02taken completely
00:59:03off guard
00:59:03and this wasn't
00:59:04what I expected
00:59:05I'm I'm there
00:59:06for a whole
00:59:07different reason
00:59:07is this a whole
00:59:08big group of
00:59:09people oh yeah
00:59:10oh yeah
00:59:10and he's
00:59:11announcing this
00:59:11he's letting it
00:59:12all hang out
00:59:13in front of
00:59:13everybody and
00:59:14and so I'm
00:59:15saying well I
00:59:16don't so I
00:59:16said well I
00:59:17don't know
00:59:18anything about
00:59:18those I don't
00:59:19have any
00:59:20first-hand
00:59:21information at
00:59:21all you know
00:59:22and and I
00:59:24wouldn't think
00:59:24like I would
00:59:25take it that
00:59:25serious
00:59:26sounds like
00:59:27he's read
00:59:28about the
00:59:29scuttlebutt
00:59:30that is untrue
00:59:31that there
00:59:32was a shootout
00:59:33on Skinwalker
00:59:33Ranch between
00:59:34your security
00:59:35guys and
00:59:35aliens and
00:59:36aliens get
00:59:37killed
00:59:37nothing like
00:59:38that ever
00:59:39happened
00:59:39right
00:59:40we had
00:59:43one thing
00:59:44happened to
00:59:45one of our
00:59:45security guards
00:59:51where he
00:59:53was sleeping
00:59:56he was
01:00:00forced to
01:00:02sit up in
01:00:03bed he
01:00:04couldn't move
01:00:05he was
01:00:06paralyzed he
01:00:07could move
01:00:07his eyes
01:00:09there was a
01:00:10being of some
01:00:11kind this was
01:00:13in the double
01:00:13wide trailer
01:00:15there was a
01:00:16being of some
01:00:17kind doing
01:00:18this to him
01:00:22and he
01:00:23and it
01:00:24stopped right
01:00:25before he
01:00:25started to
01:00:26black out
01:00:27or be choked
01:00:28to death
01:00:30that's
01:00:30concerned me
01:00:31a lot
01:00:32and that
01:00:33was just
01:00:34prior that
01:00:35that concerned
01:00:36me a lot
01:00:36so but
01:00:38we had
01:00:39another
01:00:40security
01:00:41officer
01:00:42that had
01:00:43a very
01:00:43similar
01:00:44episode
01:00:45happen
01:00:45from a
01:00:47hitchhiker
01:00:47here in
01:00:49Las Vegas
01:00:50in his
01:00:51apartment
01:00:51followed him
01:00:52home
01:00:52yeah and
01:00:53it happened
01:00:53twice to
01:00:54him
01:00:55and it
01:00:56was the
01:00:56same kind
01:00:56of thing
01:00:57only he
01:00:58was able
01:00:59in the
01:01:00first case
01:01:01the fellow
01:01:02was being
01:01:02smothered
01:01:03like you're
01:01:04being smothered
01:01:04to death
01:01:05if it
01:01:05hadn't
01:01:05stopped
01:01:07in the
01:01:08second
01:01:08case
01:01:12our
01:01:13fellow
01:01:13had one
01:01:14of the
01:01:15two
01:01:15experiences
01:01:16he had
01:01:16he was
01:01:16able to
01:01:17see
01:01:19what his
01:01:20attacker
01:01:21looked like
01:01:23it was
01:01:24a woman
01:01:26that wasn't
01:01:27touching him
01:01:28she was at
01:01:29the foot of
01:01:29his bed
01:01:30she was
01:01:31blonde
01:01:32short hair
01:01:33blue eyes
01:01:34wore
01:01:34clothing that
01:01:36looked like
01:01:36it was
01:01:36in style
01:01:37100 or
01:01:37150 years
01:01:38ago
01:01:39and she
01:01:39had a
01:01:40very mean
01:01:40look on
01:01:41her face
01:01:43and I'm
01:01:44not making
01:01:45any of this
01:01:45oh I think
01:01:46I dated
01:01:46this woman
01:01:47so go
01:01:47ahead
01:01:50that's I
01:01:51like that
01:01:52it's funny
01:01:55so
01:01:57these are
01:01:58serious things
01:01:58so this
01:01:59was a
01:01:59human spirit
01:02:00this is
01:02:01not an
01:02:02ET
01:02:03because
01:02:04remember
01:02:05we were
01:02:06talking
01:02:06before about
01:02:07we live
01:02:08in a
01:02:08three-dimensional
01:02:09world
01:02:09but there's
01:02:10a sister
01:02:11dimension
01:02:11that
01:02:12completely
01:02:12coexists
01:02:13with us
01:02:16with
01:02:17physicality
01:02:18and it's
01:02:20it's the
01:02:21spirit world
01:02:22and that's
01:02:23what she
01:02:24was
01:02:24it wasn't
01:02:25an ET
01:02:26well you
01:02:27and I
01:02:27are going
01:02:27to have
01:02:27conversations
01:02:28about the
01:02:29spirit world
01:02:29about consciousness
01:02:30about the
01:02:31other side
01:02:31and communicating
01:02:32with them
01:02:33and then
01:02:33communication
01:02:34with what
01:02:35we call
01:02:35ETs
01:02:36so wait
01:02:36a minute
01:02:37you about
01:02:37to let
01:02:38me hang
01:02:38here
01:02:39your audiences
01:02:40want to
01:02:41know
01:02:42what happened
01:02:43okay
01:02:44he's about
01:02:44to die
01:02:45okay
01:02:45all right
01:02:45he's about
01:02:46to die
01:02:47right
01:02:47okay
01:02:48he sees
01:02:49her turn
01:02:50her head
01:02:52and she's
01:02:52turning her
01:02:53head like
01:02:53she's paying
01:02:54attention to
01:02:54something here
01:02:57and immediately
01:02:58everything starts
01:02:59to be released
01:03:00from him
01:03:02he can start
01:03:03to relax
01:03:04and he falls
01:03:05back to bed
01:03:06because I think
01:03:07he was also
01:03:07he was forced
01:03:08to sit up
01:03:09as well
01:03:09as the first
01:03:10guy was
01:03:11and the first
01:03:12guy was
01:03:13being smothered
01:03:14and by
01:03:15something dark
01:03:16and black
01:03:19and another
01:03:20episode involved
01:03:21a pillow
01:03:22type of
01:03:22smothering
01:03:23this third
01:03:24episode
01:03:25involved
01:03:26this being
01:03:26and she
01:03:28stopped
01:03:29because she
01:03:29was being
01:03:30told to
01:03:30stop
01:03:31by something
01:03:32else
01:03:32something else
01:03:33told her
01:03:33to stop
01:03:34and she
01:03:34stopped
01:03:34and he
01:03:35lived
01:03:37well we
01:03:37definitely
01:03:38want to
01:03:38have a
01:03:38conversation
01:03:39about the
01:03:40ranch
01:03:40things that
01:03:41happened
01:03:41there
01:03:41there was
01:03:42no gun
01:03:42battle
01:03:42with aliens
01:03:43but there
01:03:43were some
01:03:44encounters
01:03:44that were
01:03:45perilous
01:03:46both for
01:03:47your employees
01:03:48for intelligence
01:03:49guys who
01:03:50visited the
01:03:50property as
01:03:51part of the
01:03:51osap bass
01:03:52investigation
01:03:53and then
01:03:54communication
01:03:55with others
01:03:56that that
01:03:57you and
01:03:58your organizations
01:03:59have accompanied
01:04:00have accomplished
01:04:01or
01:04:02the skinwalker
01:04:03involves another
01:04:04third dimension
01:04:05another dimension
01:04:07beyond our
01:04:08third dimensional
01:04:09existence
01:04:10and it's
01:04:13very peculiar
01:04:14and the
01:04:16people the
01:04:17government
01:04:17people that
01:04:18were on the
01:04:19skinwalker
01:04:19all of them
01:04:20were affected
01:04:20all of them
01:04:22were
01:04:23Jay
01:04:25especially
01:04:26his family
01:04:28Jessica
01:04:30she was
01:04:32she I
01:04:33think
01:04:33I don't
01:04:35know if
01:04:35she was
01:04:35CIA or
01:04:36not
01:04:37they were
01:04:38from different
01:04:38areas of
01:04:39the government
01:04:40different areas
01:04:41of military
01:04:42naval
01:04:42intelligence
01:04:43or marines
01:04:44and CIA
01:04:46different ones
01:04:49but it all
01:04:50had to be
01:04:50taken very
01:04:51seriously
01:04:51this wasn't
01:04:52any game
01:04:53I felt
01:04:54as though
01:04:55I was just
01:04:55a custodian
01:04:58taking care
01:04:59of the
01:05:01location
01:05:01and of
01:05:02the entire
01:05:03property
01:05:03and to
01:05:05do our
01:05:06science
01:05:06with all
01:05:07of our
01:05:08science
01:05:08people
01:05:09and trying
01:05:10to keep
01:05:11outsiders
01:05:11away
01:05:12and then
01:05:14I became
01:05:14aware that
01:05:15this was
01:05:15much more
01:05:16of a dangerous
01:05:17place
01:05:17and I
01:05:18had no
01:05:19ability
01:05:19to control
01:05:21anything
01:05:23it's
01:05:23interesting
01:05:24to me
01:05:24that you
01:05:25have one
01:05:25meeting
01:05:25with RFK
01:05:26Jr.
01:05:27and he
01:05:29obviously
01:05:29was aware
01:05:30of it
01:05:30and this
01:05:31is his
01:05:31chance
01:05:31he doesn't
01:05:32care who
01:05:33else is
01:05:33around
01:05:33you're the
01:05:34guy
01:05:35and he
01:05:36doesn't
01:05:36mind
01:05:36yelling
01:05:37it out
01:05:37hey
01:05:38what about
01:05:39he's a
01:05:40ballsy guy
01:05:41I guess
01:05:41you know
01:05:42he says
01:05:44what's on
01:05:44his mind
01:05:44you know
01:05:45so you
01:05:46gotta have
01:05:46you gotta
01:05:46have to
01:05:47you have
01:05:47to like
01:05:47somebody
01:05:48that is
01:05:49frank
01:05:49and not
01:05:50a bullshitter
01:05:51and that says
01:05:52what's on
01:05:52his mind
01:05:52well you
01:05:53did that
01:05:54with Donald
01:05:54Trump
01:05:55you did
01:05:55it with
01:05:56the president
01:05:56of the United
01:05:56States
01:05:57and you
01:05:57were not
01:05:57a bullshitter
01:05:58and you
01:05:59told him
01:05:59your thoughts
01:06:01on a number
01:06:02of issues
01:06:02but in particular
01:06:03I have told him
01:06:04previously
01:06:04to his face
01:06:05you're so
01:06:06bombastic
01:06:08and
01:06:08you know
01:06:09what his
01:06:09reaction was
01:06:11you're right
01:06:12you're right
01:06:13I am
01:06:14he admits it
01:06:15and sometimes
01:06:16he says
01:06:17things
01:06:17before
01:06:18he kind
01:06:19of realizes
01:06:19it's out
01:06:20there
01:06:20and sometimes
01:06:21I think
01:06:23if he
01:06:25pause
01:06:25a little
01:06:25bit
01:06:26he might
01:06:26change
01:06:27the vernacular
01:06:27of what
01:06:28he said
01:06:28you know
01:06:28well I think
01:06:29you're not
01:06:29giving yourself
01:06:30enough credit
01:06:31given the timing
01:06:32of when you
01:06:33had that meeting
01:06:33with him
01:06:34and then
01:06:34what happened
01:06:35within a couple
01:06:35of months
01:06:36I think
01:06:37you planted
01:06:37some seeds
01:06:38and hopefully
01:06:39you know
01:06:39that door
01:06:40will be open
01:06:40again
01:06:41where you
01:06:41can give
01:06:41him more
01:06:41of a briefing
01:06:42or at least
01:06:43you know
01:06:44inform his
01:06:45staff
01:06:45of where
01:06:46else
01:06:46they need
01:06:46to go
01:06:46to get
01:06:47him up
01:06:47to speed
01:06:47and get
01:06:48themselves
01:06:48up to speed
01:06:49I would
01:06:49welcome
01:06:49that
01:06:50George
01:06:50I would
01:06:51welcome
01:06:52that
01:06:52and I
01:06:52wouldn't
01:06:53hesitate
01:06:53to do
01:06:54that
01:06:55do you
01:06:55have a sense
01:06:55of the people
01:06:56around him
01:06:56whether they
01:06:57have an interest
01:06:58level or a knowledge
01:06:59base of these
01:06:59topics
01:07:02I think
01:07:03yeah
01:07:03Marco Rubio
01:07:04certainly does
01:07:05but I think
01:07:07one of his
01:07:08sons also
01:07:09does
01:07:10but
01:07:12that's
01:07:12the problem
01:07:13I think
01:07:14that's the
01:07:15worst job
01:07:15there is
01:07:16being president
01:07:17of the United
01:07:17States
01:07:17oh my god
01:07:18and
01:07:20it's
01:07:20terrible job
01:07:21but I think
01:07:23and that
01:07:24that is the
01:07:24problem
01:07:25is
01:07:27the sources
01:07:27there's so many
01:07:29people
01:07:29trying to get
01:07:30your attention
01:07:30and trying to
01:07:31they want this
01:07:32they want that
01:07:33they want the
01:07:34other thing
01:07:34from you
01:07:34so you're
01:07:35constantly
01:07:36being asked
01:07:37for this
01:07:37and this
01:07:37and that
01:07:38and the other
01:07:38thing
01:07:39you know
01:07:40and then
01:07:40there's all
01:07:41kinds of
01:07:41there's the
01:07:41media
01:07:42there's all
01:07:42kinds of
01:07:43things against
01:07:43you
01:07:43it's the
01:07:44it's the
01:07:45worst job
01:07:46it's terrible
01:07:47do you intend
01:07:48to release
01:07:49the report
01:07:50or any of the
01:07:50materials
01:07:51that you
01:07:51gave
01:07:51I can't
01:07:53I can't
01:07:53I can't
01:07:56oh well
01:07:57the pandemic
01:07:57center
01:07:58which was
01:07:58another one
01:07:59I actually
01:08:00gave that
01:08:00to Senator
01:08:01Reed
01:08:02to show
01:08:03Obama
01:08:03back in
01:08:042012
01:08:06and
01:08:07he did
01:08:08but
01:08:09we were
01:08:10in a
01:08:11hell of a
01:08:11storm
01:08:12a financial
01:08:12storm
01:08:13at that
01:08:13time
01:08:13you know
