00:38:49whatsoever so we're literally shooting at things shooting stuff at things that we don't understand
00:38:55don't know how it's going to respond and essentially does nothing to it and if we're dealing with you
00:39:02know something that could potentially be hostile and are irrationally doing things to it to try to
00:39:10do something and it has no effect we're going to look like we are incompetent have no idea what we're
00:39:17doing uh it could lead to things like chaos mass hysteria not knowing you know what's happening or
00:39:25what's going on it's just kind of a you know from what i've seen doesn't look like we have the
00:39:32capabilities again publicly what's known to us who knows what's going on in in special access programs
00:39:38and what they might have access to we don't really know they don't you know let that stuff out
00:39:43there are some people who are in the know that uh are you know whistleblowers that have come out and
00:39:48talked about things that we have so on one hand it's like well do we have some type of response
