00:05I think it was a typical opening game.
00:08I don't think there was much control by either side.
00:11I thought they were very spirited, Wellington.
00:14I thought the pitch played a large part of the game in large spells
00:18because it was very tricky, very dry.
00:21I don't think we managed that very well and put ourselves into
00:23some difficult situations at times.
00:27But listen, it's three points on the board.

00:37I saw quite a few of the new sign-ins get some minutes.
00:39What did you make of them today?
00:41Listen, it wasn't the fab start that we wanted.
00:45We wanted to get into them early and we wanted to give ourselves a nice cushion
00:49before we started making our subs.
00:51But listen, football does that to you and you're going to have to react
00:54to certain moments in the game.
00:55So the two new boys were obviously collateral at the first half,
01:00but I wanted to change shape just to get a little bit more attacking players
01:03onto the pitch and just give them a different idea, really.
01:07So I don't think they've done themselves any harm.
01:10I just felt collectively as a team,
01:11that wasn't our best performance by any stretch.
01:15But as I said, we put that down to conditions
01:18and just getting the legs going again in a competitive game.
01:21But yeah, it's one of those that they'll certainly improve and learn from.
01:25So Cal Leach and Louis Roberts both hobble off in the middle of the park.
01:28How much did that impact your game plan as such?
01:31Yeah, I just said to the boys in there,
01:33that was a really difficult game to manage
01:35because we didn't get any control in the first half.
01:38I don't think we played the conditions, as I said.
01:41And then we got to the second half.
01:42I had made some changes and I changed shape.
01:45And then obviously we were getting some injuries, which is not ideal.
01:49So I think they are impact injuries.
01:50It's rolling of the ankles.
01:53It's like concrete out there.
01:54So we'll get Carla to look at those boys
01:57and hopefully nothing too serious and ready for Tuesday.
02:01You mentioned there a quick turnaround for a Derby game.
02:03Just your quick thoughts on the Buckingham game.
02:06Yeah, it's going to be this month.

02:09It's right the way through.
02:10It's obviously a good one to look forward to.

02:14I think both teams will be fine in their feet.
02:17New players into a new squad for both teams.
02:21But one we'll look forward to at home
02:22and one we'll back ourselves fully.
