00:00It happened again. Breaking news in St. Paul. An arrest has been made after three people were
00:06found shot to death in an apartment leasing office on St. Paul Avenue. That from St. Paul
00:11police a few moments ago. This is in the Highland Park neighborhood, south of Highland Park High
00:16School. And tonight, crime scene tape is still up around the complex on St. Paul Avenue. And
00:22that is where Pilar Pedraza is live. Pilar, arrest made. Yes, and a sigh of relief in this
00:29neighborhood because of that rest. One sign that changes were coming just a few minutes
00:35before we got news of the arrest. We started seeing officers allow people to go back into
00:40their apartments in this building here behind me. It's still got the crime scene tape up.
00:44It is still closed off to the public, but folks have been able to enter their apartments with
00:48officer escort. They not in and out, but just in and then they're done for the night. So
00:53a little bit of relaxing of the rules now that they know that they have somebody in custody.
00:58And again, this is the second crime scene of this incident. The first one where they found the
01:04victims is up the block here. It's a good block away, probably half a mile or so up the road
01:10by that leasing office. As you spoke, three people found dead and they've spent much of the afternoon,
01:18at least the last five hours searching for that suspect. At one point, they thought they had him
01:23in a nursing home. At another point, they were looking up and down the road with drones. It's
01:30been a very busy afternoon throughout the area and a lot of folks here very nervous and upset.
01:37Folks who live right next to this building where at one point they thought they had the suspect
01:42cornered were extremely nervous as they watched the SWAT team come in and fill the roads behind the
01:50buildings, surround the building, start calling for a suspect to come out and then shooting guns or we're
01:57not sure, rubber bullets or tear cast canisters into the windows of a second floor apartment while
02:03calling on the person inside to come out. Turned out the suspect was never inside and the police chief
02:09at one point making a plea. Please turn yourself in. This is not what we do in our neighborhood.
02:16Neighbors saying that this is a very scary time for them as they didn't know what was going to happen.
02:23It's it's scary. It's it's just wow. And you just never know what people are dealing with these days.
02:30So but I'm just glad that my family and everybody else is safe. You know,
02:34I really hurt for the families that have lost family members today. But yeah, it's it's a scary thing. It's
02:42scary.
02:46And that fear turned to tears for many as they found out who had passed away,
02:52that it was three people in the leasing office, many people around here saying they know who it was
02:57that died and unable to comprehend what had just happened in their lives, someone they knew very
03:04well. So we'll continue to follow the story. And now that we do have an arrest, still a changing
03:09situation out here, though, probably a lot closer now to seeing it resolved live.
03:18Such a tragic and sad situation, man. So sad.
03:24So sad. So sad. Three people gone in the blink of an eye because
03:32of this gentleman who is actually not from America. Yeah.
03:40Probably could have guessed that one, right? Here's a little update on that situation. Check it out.
03:46Oh, wait. St. Paul man facing murder charges after police say an argument over a garage
03:53contract led to a triple shooting at a St. Paul apartment. Now, 30-year-old Sagab Benassu has been
04:00arrested in Virginia, Minnesota, hours away from that scene. Tonight, the victims have been identified
04:07as 25-year-old Nancy Zambrano, 56-year-old Dina Silcox and 43-year-old Adam Wilderwing.
04:15Pilar Pedraza on the scene both last night and today. Pilar, I just can't imagine how neighbors
04:23are feeling there. Well, there's definitely a combination of cautious relief today at the news
04:30that there has been an arrest, as well as grief over the loss of three people that many who live
04:35in this complex have known for years. If you take a look here behind me, you can see the makeshift
04:41memorial that has grown up throughout the day as people have brought in flowers and other tributes
04:45to those who died, including a picture of what appears to be one of the three victims, Dina Silcox.
04:53It's tragic. It's a shame. Tracy Stevens has lived in these apartments for the last seven years.
05:00Her building is right next door to the leasing office,
05:04where three people died Monday night. The first she knew anything was going on was when she came home.
05:09I met a couple of police officers down on Dammer. Guns drawing me.
05:16Eventually, she learned she knew the three who died. Adam Wilwerding, Dina Silcox and Nancy Fuentes
05:23Zambrano. She's not alone. I worked here for a couple months before I was transferred to a
05:28different property, but I knew all the office stayed for a while. Hyann Erickson was one of a growing
05:33number of people stopping by to contribute to a makeshift memorial outside the leasing office.
05:39I shouldn't have to, but just respect, I guess. So, excuse me. I'm sorry.
05:50The loss weighing heavy in the moment. Everyone who lives here scouring their memories Tuesday,
05:56wondering if they saw or heard something. Tracy remembers a man she saw repeatedly over the last
06:02few weeks. He was angry. Three weeks in a row. Many are still asking why this had to happen.
06:11We don't have a clue.
06:16And as we look at this memorial, a lot of the residents I've spoken with say they never expected
06:22to see anything like this happen here in this neighborhood and asked about the number of
06:31homicides they've seen. They said as of this point last year, they had had five homicides,
06:3811 so far for this year. Live from St. Paul, Pilar Pedraza.
06:43Such a tragic situation. I just wanted to sit back and let you guys, uh, hear that news story. And
06:49now
06:49we're going to get into some of the details here on this case of this migrant who committed this
06:56atrocity. Okay. Because this is just absolutely disgusting stuff. Another reason why we need to
07:03deport all of these illegals out of our country. But anyway, migrant allegedly, uh, kills three in
07:11apartment building, three apartment building staffers over a parking lot contract dispute.
07:15Yeah. You read, you heard me correctly over a parking lot contract.
07:21Mm hmm. Yeah.
07:26An African migrant upset, uh, over being unable to cancel his monthly, uh, $65 parking garage contract
07:34allegedly shot and killed three property managers at his Minnesota apartment building over
07:40the dispute. So, uh, what happened here is a situation where this guy, this, uh, migrant,
07:48it's illegal. Actually, I don't think he was actually illegal at the time. Uh, but anyway,
07:53this guy from Africa, uh, sold his car. Cause he claimed that he was going to join the military
08:01and do some of this other stuff. I think like he quit his job and whatnot. And so he sold
08:06his car.
08:06So he went to, or he called the leasing office and wanted to cancel his, uh, parking garage contract.
08:14So he didn't have to pay to park anymore because he didn't have a car anymore. Well, the contract
08:18had just renewed. So they told him, no, we can't do that. It just renewed. So instead of, you know,
08:26trying to work something out over the phone, possibly, or just, you know, chalk and get up as a loss,
08:33he went up to the office and, um, yeah, put three people, six feet in the dirt,
08:43one 25, one 56 and another 43 year old.
08:50How disgusting the rampage began after, I don't even know how to say this guy's name
08:54from Ethiopia called the apartment building staffers to cancel his $65 parking contract
09:00because he sold his car. He was told he could not, uh, do so after recently renewing the agreement,
09:06despite being told the contract cannot be canceled. B said he would be going to the management office
09:11in person. Uh, once there, he allegedly opened fire, killing all three victims. Police later found
09:1921. Yeah. He, he let off 21 nine millimeter shell casings in the leasing office, 21 shots.
09:28Like that's, that's intentional. You know what I mean? Like you, you really wanted those people
09:32dead, letting off 21 in a little office. Shortly after the shooting, a man called the police stating
09:39that, uh, he had been B's roommate since 2018. He said B, um, who had aspirations of joining the
09:46U S Navy called him and confessed to the triple murder, adding that he was walking to the police
09:52station. B worked as a trucker, but quit two months ago. The roommate told authorities and had
09:59planned on enlisting in the military. He sold his car the same day as the shooting. The roommate said
10:05he spoke to B who allegedly said he argued with apartment management and ended up killing three
10:10people. Disgusting. Surveillance footage reviewed by investigators captured B talking with Silcox and
10:21Will, Will, Willwarding. Hopefully I pronounced that correctly. At some point, B allegedly pulled up his
10:28shirt, grabbed his gun from his waistband and pointed the weapon at Willwarding who put his hands in front of
10:34his body and shot him three times. B then fired three more times as Wildering fell to the floor.
10:41Court documents said. Silcox screamed and covered her ears when B allegedly shot Will, Willwarding
10:49saying, no, no, no, no, no. B is accused of shooting Wilcox five times in rapid succession.
10:57According to court documents, as she willed her chair away from the desk, B allegedly shot her a six
11:03time. B stalked around the office and said mother effing B. Court documents said. He then moved
11:11toward a hallway out of the camera's view where a woman's screams could be heard followed by four
11:18more gunshots. Disgusting, man. Disgusting. Deport all these folks. Deport all of them. Every single
11:29one of them. And don't allow anybody else to come into this country and become an American citizen
11:35whatsoever for the next 10 years. That's the way that I see it. And I know folks on the left
11:42are going to say, well, Americans kill people too. That is true. And it is still bad, but we don't
11:50need
11:50to add to that number from foreigners from other countries. Okay. We don't need to be adding to that
11:56number. So deport all of them, every single one of them and get rid of this birthright citizenship
12:03stuff and deport everybody who became an American citizen because of it over the past. I don't
12:11know, 40 years, 50 years, deport all of them. I say 30 years, 30 years. That's solid.
12:25Yeah. Yeah. 30 years.
12:30Because we, we, we, we've, we've heard of one too many stories of this nonsense,
12:39you know, one too many stories. One was bad enough, right? You know, you got these folks
12:45coming from other countries attempting to cut people's heads off. As a matter of fact, one did,
12:49if I remember correctly, right here in America, cut the guy's head off. Yeah. Not even kidding.
12:56Um, and I believe that was a dispute at like a hotel or something. If I remember correctly,
13:04just cut the guy's head off, knock them down, went to saw it. It's on video too. Yeah. And I
13:14came
13:14across the uncensored video guys had just rolling in the parking lot, deport them all. Every single one
13:24of them, every single one of them. And from here on out, if you want to become an American citizen,
13:31there's going to be a lot more stringent stipulations. You are not allowed to be on any
13:38type of government assistance whatsoever. If you are not a positive contributor, contributor to
13:46American society, you will immediately be deported. So that means if you're committing any crimes
13:53of any sort, you're gone. Okay. So you better follow the law.
14:02That includes speeding tickets. You get a speeding ticket, you up out of here, coach. Go buy.
14:08Not playing any games, zero tolerance, zero. Um, as well as you're going to have to take a lie detector
14:17test. I like that idea too. Take a lie detector test. We're going to, we're going to ask you a
14:25series of some serious questions. All right. Serious questions. You're going to have to learn English.
14:34Okay. You ain't going to be able to speak your, your native language. I mean, well, you can speak
14:39your native language. I won't tell people that they can't speak their native language, but you're going
14:43to have to learn English and be able to understand it and comprehend it and speak it back. Okay.
14:50The whole nine.
14:53And that's only after, you know, we take a 10 year hiatus from any of this.
15:03You know, it used to be a melting pot, right? And now I feel like, um, the left has turned
15:11it into more of, um, I don't even know different groups and clusters all over the place. Instead
15:23of a melting pot where we all kind of blend in together, we all speak the same language kind of
15:30deal. It's not that anymore. So we need to hit the hard reset button, hard reset. But anyway,
15:40um, y'all get in the comments. Let me know your thoughts and your opinions about all of this.
15:44Do you agree? If you disagree, do you think I'm too harsh? Let me know. Be honest with me.
15:49Be honest with me. All right. Stay safe out there. Peace and love. I'm out.
