00:00Were you stunned that he chose LeBron James to go to the city of brotherly love?
00:05I was thinking he was going to maybe head down to South Beach again and go down there with Giannis
00:10and those guys, or maybe go home to Cleveland.
00:12Were you surprised he picked Philadelphia to go on and continue to try to win another championship?
00:18I was a little surprised, Dan, but I really did thought there were two places.
00:23I thought Cleveland, and ultimately I did think he was going to go back to Cleveland.
00:27But then I thought Philadelphia was the second choice.
00:29I never brought it to Miami.
00:31The moment Miami sent out that little tweet, text, or whatever they did, I knew he was not going.
00:37That was Miami saying, we know you're not coming here.
00:40You know what?
00:40We're going to screw you anyway.
00:41We're going to get your fan base all excited, and now they're going to hate you for not coming down
00:45to Miami, not us.
00:46So I knew that was disaster.
00:48I didn't buy into the Golden State.
00:50They're over the hill.
00:52He was not going to Minnesota either.
00:54So I really thought it was going to be Cleveland.
00:55But I did think, though, Dan, if he really wanted to win, you know, what would be the best opportunity?
01:00And that's Philadelphia.
01:02I mean, I do love this 76.
01:04I liked it without LeBron.
01:05In fact, I think I like it better without LeBron, to tell you the truth.
01:08You know, there's only one basketball on the court, and I don't know how he's going to mix and all
01:12this other stuff.
01:13But if he really wanted to win, you know, and accept the fact he's going to make chump change, you
01:18know, league minimum for a veteran,
01:20then it had to be, to me, either Cleveland because he could just say, yeah, I'm going back home, or
01:25Philadelphia because I thought that gave him the best chance to win.
