00:16I've probably done 3,000 of these procedures where I take the fat from areas where they
00:21don't want it and put it into the buttocks to enhance shape. They want the waist to be nice,
00:26they want their bikini to ride in the right level, they want that nice upper buttocks look so that
00:31it looks perfect in their bikinis. BBLs or fat transfer to the buttocks is probably one of the
00:36most dangerous procedures to do. Every day that I go to work I am fearful and that fear makes me
00:44even more concentrated on giving them better and better results. Until just recently we were kind
00:51of taught to infiltrate the fat into the intramuscular space and by doing that you're
00:58increasing the pressure in that space with fat and once that pressure is great enough it can
01:04actually tear some of the vessels that supply the muscle and then that fat can transfer to the
01:09vessels and get to your lungs and to your heart which can cause death. New regulations have helped
01:15improve that to the point where it's super safe and that's putting fat above the muscle. So you want to
01:21put that fat in multiple small rows of fat under low pressure using a big cannula and not putting
01:30the cannula into the muscle because in the muscle is where the vessels are. We've seen an increase of
01:36deaths from the Brazilian butt lifts and the reason that I think is that these clinics to be able to
01:43compete can only charge a small amount for their procedure. So if you're charging a small amount for
01:49the procedure that means that the doctor that's doing the procedure is not making very much and
01:54that type of a physician is doing that is either somebody starting out or not a plastic surgeon
01:59maybe not even a surgeon at all they're just finding somebody to do the procedure. You see that a lot
02:04and and you can get into problems that way. Here in Miami anything under $10,000 when it comes to

02:10Brazilian butt lift you might want to be careful and and make sure that your your surgeons are specialized in
02:16that. If somebody says I can I can make your buttocks look better it'll cost you 500 bucks let me
