00:08It means power. It means self-expression. I think we live in a really fucked up
00:13world that really that like wants to like smudge me and other people like me
00:18out. It's powerful to be prideful.
00:21For me pride is much bigger than the LGBTQ community. It's a parade of freedom and
00:28equality for everyone. When I'm there with my friends celebrating our rights and
00:34the rights that we don't have, I also celebrate my allies that are there with
00:39me. The love that we have for each other makes us all one and the same.
00:48Pride to me in two words would be visibility and safety. Pride is unconditional joy.
00:55There's no right or wrong way to celebrate pride. However, you choose to be prideful
