00:08with these new OPI shatter nail polishes, which are really cool.
00:17We're going to do a fun gradated look, and that requires three base coat colors.
00:23We're going to do this red, this orange, and this yellow.
00:28And you're going to want to paint them so their strips go in side to side.
00:40So when it's dry, we're going to put the black shatter on again.
00:44So it doesn't look very good before you put the shatter on, but that's okay,
00:48because the shatter conceals all your mistakes.
00:53And of course, nothing goes better with OPI's black shatter than me shattering your
00:57eardrums with my piano playing.
