00:23I'm sorry, but going by what he's announced so far, Andy Burnham's ambitions for Britain are too small.

00:48But Andy Burnham's answer is to cap one price and send the bill somewhere else.
00:55But somewhere else is always someone else, a taxpayer, a business, a family.
01:03Someone will pay, and they will pay in higher taxes.
01:08Andy Burnham needs to tell us who will pay for those taxes.
01:12And if he won't, we should assume it will be the same people Labour always turn to when the sums

01:22Working people, small businesses, the people who get up early, take risks, hire staff and try to build something.
01:30I want us to be more ambitious than Andy Burnham.
01:35I want us to be more initialized now.
