Rahul Gandhi dragged and detained at Congress protest outside PM residence

Delhi Police detained Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav and several Congress leaders after clearing a protest outside the Prime Minister's residence in Delhi. The Congress alleged that women MPs were manhandled during the police action following failed talks with the opposition.
