00:10This week we're trying out the viral Dubai chocolate.

00:16What makes a Dubai? Is it just the gold flag?
00:19So the filling of Dubai chocolate is this phyllo pastry,
00:22these little pastry strands which are then lathered in chocolate
00:25and it kind of reminds me of those rice crackle treats
00:28that you used to have when you were a kid.
00:32Ooh, that's just fine.
00:34Little, not too much pistachio.
00:35I actually don't know if this one has much pistachio in it.
00:38I think you can find them loaded up with pistachio and other flavours
00:40but I think this one's pretty much just a little phyllo pastry strands
00:44which is a bit of a staple of Dubai chocolate.
00:46I want to get everyone else's reaction so let's show them now.

00:51Oh my God, what is this?
00:52It's like, there's like hay through it.
00:55Hay, this is their reaction.
00:59Mmm, a bit of a texture play you might say.

01:02It kind of has a texture of like a rice bubbly chocolate thing.

01:31So I should say that Dubai chocolate is expensive stuff.
01:35As it sits here, $25 for this block.
01:38But I've seen it $30, $35, $40 depending on the filling.
01:43Let us know if this is expensive or is it worth it for me.
01:47It's not a $25 block of chocolate but it's a cool experience.
