00:00Today we're taking an exclusive look behind the scenes at the Bulgari
00:03manufacturer right here in Switzerland. I'm gonna take you guys along for the
00:06journey. Welcome to Le Sentier. While the design happens in Neuchâtel, the
00:09mechanical magic happens here. We started our day in the sketch room. Looking at
00:13the original blueprints for icons like the Octo Finissimo skeleton eight days,
00:16you realize that much of the brand's Roman soul is built on obsessive Swiss
00:20geometry. Next to the eight days and a perpetual calendar, we had our first look
00:24at the Piccolissimo BVL 100 movement. Comprised of 102 parts, it's an
00:28engineering feat and weighs just 1.3 grams. Then we headed downstairs where
00:32sticks of metal are machined into components so small they're almost
00:35invisible. We're talking tolerances of a few microns which is essential when
00:39you're building the world's thinnest movements. Then comes assembly and this is
00:42where the chaos of a thousand tiny parts becomes the heartbeat of a luxury Swiss
00:46watch. Here with the new 37 millimeter Octo Finissimo, it's not just a smaller
00:49case but a ground-up reinvention. I'm talking a new in-house caliber that
00:53actually increased the power reserve to 72 hours while shrinking the movement
00:57volume by 20%. We actually witnessed a watchmaker pieced together the new
01:00caliber and it was a reminder that the term Swiss made isn't just a label but a
01:04reflection of the skilled artisan who was a master of their craft. Finally we
01:08saw the brand's new high complications being created. We sat down with the
01:11master watchmaker to hear the most complex chiming watches that are created
01:14entirely in this room from one master watchmaker. It's a process that can take up
01:19to five months. It's all worth it though when you listen to this a four hammer chime.
01:24Le Sentier is a masterclass in Italian design meets Swiss watchmaking precision.
