00:00I've driven my fair share of supercars, but nothing gets more looks than this thing.
00:04This is the Volkswagen ID.Buzz, and here's five things that we like about it.
00:09And at number one, it's the way that the ID.Buzz looks.
00:11I've seriously had so many people look at this car this week while I've been driving it around.
00:15I think it's the two-tone paint, that heritage look, and that large Volkswagen emblem there at the front.
00:21I'll also draw your attention to its eyes.
00:23It has a very smiley front end, but these are packed with tech.
00:25IQ light LED matrix headlights.
00:27They make seeing at night very easy.
00:30And at number two, it's the way that the ID.Buzz drives.
00:34And I think it might surprise you because I've had a lot of fun driving this car around this week.
00:39And then in terms of ride comfort and steering, the steering is, as direct as I could possibly ask it
00:44to be,
00:44then the ride comfort is compliant without being too stiff or too soft.
00:48It's not wallowy in corners like these.
00:52And then at number three, it's the technology.
00:55This car is full of it.
00:56So some of my favorite features are this 12.9-inch infotainment touchscreen here in front of me with the
01:01wireless Apple CarPlay and your Android Auto.
01:03It's backed by a really good sound system.
01:06It's like sitting in an auditorium in here because it's so big.
01:09It has so many speakers.
01:10Harman Kardon, Brandon.
01:11It sounds amazing.
01:12And then finally, above my head, has a translucent or transparent roof, panoramic glass roof.
01:19I don't think I've seen a roof like this in anything other than some high-end supercars.
01:23And then at number four, it's the practicality.
01:26And usually the second row passengers get the short straw here.
01:29That's not the case in the ID.Buzz.
01:31First thing I want to point out, look how much legroom I have here in front of me.
01:34If I want to give the third row passengers some more space, I can slide these seats forward.
01:39But who wants to do that?
01:40What I want to do is sit here and use this tray table.
01:43Maybe I could do a bit of work.
01:44I could eat a few snacks.
01:45It has its own drink cup holder as well.
01:47Other things.
01:48Phone storage up here.
01:50Little things like that that really stand out to me, including the USB-C ports in the door so I
01:56can charge my phone if I really want to.
01:58And last but not least, the thing that we haven't really talked about yet is this.
02:03So why don't I pop this out and I'll show you.
02:04And finally, at number five, it's this thing, the buzz box.
02:09Probably my favourite feature of the entire car.
02:11It's basically a giant lunchbox.
02:13So I've got storage up here.
02:14I've got an ice scraper, a bottle opener.
02:16Then down to the sides here, I've got a storage drawer.
02:19I could fill this thing up with all my food.
02:21Then on this side, another piece of storage.
02:23A drop-down one for my drinks.
02:25Doesn't just make so much sense.
