00:00Who do I believe are my top three favorites to win the most valuable player
00:04award as we head into the training camp season.
00:07And we head into the start of the NFL season in September.
00:10I'm going to start it with Joe Burrow.
00:12And I got to tell you, here's my three guys.
00:15Number three is Joe Burrow.
00:16I think Joe Burrow, I call him the modern day Joe Namath Burrow.
00:22Dude's got to stay healthy, man.
00:24There is no quarterback in today's NFL that plays better from the pocket
00:29than Joe Burrow.
00:31He is the closest thing to Tom Brady.
00:34What we see when it comes to playing in the pocket,
00:38the guy spreads the football around.
00:40And folks, remember something.
00:41He's in Cincinnati.
00:44Cincinnati doesn't win football games.
00:47That's not a great organization.
00:49Zipper Wallet, Mike Brown, the owner,
00:52this is a guy that charges for parking for his players at their facility.
00:58They don't spend money.
00:59And yet he's still got this team through an NFC championship and into a Super Bowl
01:05and a quarter away from beating the Rams.
01:08Burrow, in my opinion, will come in at number three.
01:11You get 17 games this year with him.
01:14You're going to get yourself another 5,000 passing yard season.
01:19I got Josh Allen at number two.
01:21Dude, Josh Allen is the best quarterback I've seen when it comes to skill
01:27of any kid coming out of college, maybe in the history of the draft.
01:32Nobody at 6'6", 250 pounds, possesses the arm and the running ability
01:39and the toughness of Josh Allen.
01:42Take a look at the Buffalo Bill organization.
01:44Prior to Josh Allen coming there from Wyoming, he was a guy that has absolutely just transformed
01:52that franchise.
01:53I think they've got a terrific chance at getting to an AFC championship game.
02:00But on the other hand, you've got Brandon Bean, one of the worst general managers in all of
02:06pro football running that organization.
02:09Anybody that tells me that Keon Coleman was a good selection, I don't look at your opinion
02:15very highly because Keon Coleman is a dude.
02:19Josh Allen has dudes to throw the football to.
02:22You want to help that football player?
02:24You should have gone after A.J.
02:26Brown yourselves and brought him in to the mix there to help Josh Allen.
02:30Josh Allen doesn't have enough tools, albeit Cook is a tremendous running back,
02:34and they've got a pretty good offensive line going into this season.
02:38I will say it.
02:39Josh Allen can't have a divisional game like he did against Denver last year.
02:44Can't have turnovers.
02:45Kids got to win the Super Bowl.
02:47As a matter of fact, Burrow and Allen and this next guy have to win a Super Bowl.
02:55And that's Justin Herbert.
02:56I think Justin Herbert is a modern day Dan Marino.
03:00I think when you look at Justin Herbert's ability to play from the pocket,
03:05his toughness, let's not forget, a year ago, he lost both offensive tackles.
03:09He didn't have really anything in that Eagle game.
03:12And he ended up beating that football team with the 28th worst offensive line
03:17in pro football a year ago.
03:19And now you add Mike McDaniels into the mix on bringing more savant play calls
03:24and design passing schemes, you're going to have yourself an opportunity
03:29at Justin Herbert to win the Most Valuable Player Award.
03:32That's my preseason pick to win the NFL's MVP award is Justin Herbert.
03:37And, man, do I love Jim Harbaugh.
03:39Whether it's the University of San Diego, Stanford, Michigan, the 49ers,
03:44he's a winner, and plus he's a fist, in my opinion, with a mouth on it.
03:50I love his ability to motivate quarterbacks, and I really believe those are my three guys,
03:56Justin Herbert, Josh Allen, and Joe Burrow.
