00:08and I think they're the two best general managers in football right now,

00:18I want to say I wholeheartedly agree with you.
00:21I think those two guys, when you're looking at GMs,
00:23they know how to construct a roster.
00:26I think if I had to pick one, I would probably go with Howie Roseman
00:30just because he seems to know how to wheel and deal,
00:33get players via trade, sign the right guys, extend the right guys,
00:37manage the cap.
00:38I think he does a fantastic job with that.
00:40What I love about what Schneider does, though,
00:42is the Seahawks under him have always had a type.
00:45They love super athletic players.
00:47They know how to coach them up.
00:49I mean, we saw them do that with DK Metcalf.
00:51We saw them do that with Reek Wollin over the years.
00:54They just get these really good athletes.
00:56And, yeah, sometimes their draft board deviates significantly
00:59from what we all expect.
01:00I remember the Rashad Penny draft where he came off the board
01:03in the first round, I believe, ahead of some other high-rated
01:06running backs.
01:07That might have been ahead of DeAndre Swift or Jonathan Taylor.
01:10I can't remember the exact draft there.
01:12But, you know, we see some strange picks from Schneider sometimes,
01:14but they work out very often.
01:15So I would wholeheartedly trust either guy to build a roster,
01:20but I think Howie Roseman has just been a little more consistent
01:23with his team.
01:24So I'd put him at one with Schneider, very close second behind him.
01:29And with the way that they manipulate the salary cap
01:32with those void years, I mean, you know,
01:34he's become a better talent evaluator, Howie Roseman, in Philadelphia.
01:38And then you compile that with what they do by giving that money up front
01:42to lower that cap for them to be able to balance it.
01:45Yeah, I'm with you there.
01:46I think Howie probably gets a nod here.
