16:22Their other roommate, 23-year-old Alyssa Venable, is accused of shooting and killing them before running away.
16:27The suspect's grandmother, Jane Venable, was making this plea to law enforcement.

16:55The detective spent the next two days continuing to hunt down Alyssa and interviewing several people from her inner circle.
17:02They discovered that in the months leading up to the murders, Alyssa was struggling to control her temper, which was
17:07affecting her job at McDonald's.
17:08If something, like, was wrong or something was irritated, she'd snap at you quick.
17:14You'd be, like, just kind of in an irritated mode all the time.
17:17This behavior escalated until May of 2024, when she got into an altercation during one of her shifts and was
17:24charged with misdemeanor assault and battery.
17:26The incident resulted in Alyssa losing her job, which would explain why she couldn't pay rent to her sister.
17:32Based on all of the information detectives had gathered, it seemed that Alyssa's mental health was declining, even before she
17:38was kicked out of her sister's house, which amplified her disturbed state of mind even further.
17:43After being forced to uproot her life and move in with a bunch of strangers, perhaps she had grown resentful
17:48of her new roommates, which ultimately caused her to snap.
17:52This was clearly a disturbed individual with nothing else to lose.
17:56It was crucial for the detectives to find and arrest her before anybody else was hurt.
18:00Thankfully, the detectives had a break in the case.
18:05They were able to get a hold of Donovan.
18:07He said that he hadn't spoken to Alyssa and had no clue where she was.
18:11However, he was able to provide the detectives with Alyssa's new phone number.
18:15Using this number, they were finally able to track Alyssa's location to a gas station six hours away in Steuben
18:21County, New York.
18:23Spotsylvania authorities requested help from the New York State Police in apprehending her.
18:28As the troopers arrived at the gas station, they saw Alyssa's gray Honda Civic turning onto the highway, bringing us
