22:38by a psychiatrist
22:39and deemed competent
22:40to stand trial,
22:42he finally waved the white flag.
22:43He pled guilty
22:44to aggravated murder
22:45and in October of 2022,
22:47he was sentenced
22:48to 25 years to life in prison.
22:51He currently resides
22:52at Ohio's Richland Correctional Institution,
22:54a prison that's shape
22:56accurately represents
22:57guys like Tom.
22:59As for Nicole's children,
23:00they are now happily living
23:02with their grandparents.
