00:18in conflict here, because Iseman knew he had to win now, wasn't going to trade for futures, the organization knows
00:26he could get a great return with draft picks and young players.
00:30And I really think that Iseman, if this was a mutual decision, I honestly think he did something that was
00:36in the best interest of the organization, and because he wouldn't compromise the organization and make a bad trade, he
00:44realized, I probably can't continue in this job because the pressure's on me, and this is getting uncomfortable, and I've
00:50got to win now, and the public's going to start really revolting, and it just was time.
00:57And that's why I think the timing is now.
00:59I think they thought sincerely that he could get something done, and what they need to win now isn't what
01:07teams are offering.
01:08I suspect one of two things, and I really am starting to lean towards this theory.
01:12Larkin will be moved for draft picks and prospects very soon.
01:16The other one that's possible is that Larkin stays, which I think is what I would prefer, but I don't

05:37It depletes what they can offer.
05:38But it could be some team that really loves Wallstatt and they're willing to move him.
