00:30the most vulnerable sectors. Representatives from Venezuela and the

00:38importance of this new humanitarian cooperation between the two nations.
00:51We are receiving the second flight which is not the first humanitarian aid shipment
00:56from the Russian Federation. Russia had already provided support from Caracas,
01:01from Venezuela, from our homeland to address the emergency caused by the twin
01:05earthquake on June 24. Today we are receiving the second aircraft carrying 25
01:10tons of medical supplies and essential materials. It is especially important
01:15that insulin is included in this shipment. Let's remember that we have a very
01:21important agreement with the Russian Federation for the supply of insulin. The
01:25Russian team has stepped up to support Venezuela.
