00:16The shipment includes medicine, food and construction materials to help rebuild areas affected by the tuna earthquake.

00:22Hill expressed his gratitude for the efforts of all CARICOM members in sending this first shipment of humanitarian assistance,

00:30describing it as a contribution to the Venezuelan government's efforts to address the needs for those affected by the earthquakes.
