00:00Freddie Peralta, boy, it would be nice if David Stearns could take a look at Freddie Peralta and say,
00:06we could rebuild off a trade like this.
00:09But Tom, I mean, he has not been good at all, like at all this season.
00:13Like, I don't know what there is to say and with the money that he's making.
00:16I know he's going to get traded, Tom, and I know some team's going to take a shot here,
00:20but the Mets are not going to get anything back.
00:23It's sad to say, but what is Freddie Peralta at this point?
00:27I mean, is he already pushing five on the year?
00:29Yeah, I was a little bit concerned about Peralta coming into the season just based on the fact that,
00:34yes, it's a great pitcher's park at Citi Field for the Mets,
00:37but it's also a step up in competition for him compared to pitching in the NL Central,
00:42which had been pretty weak over the past few years when he was with Milwaukee.
00:45He should be traded, to your point, but what they get in return, not going to be all that much.
00:52Can they get back some mid-level prospect in AA that they could think the Mets could have in two
00:57years?
00:58Sure, but probably not much more than that.
