00:00With just a few ingredients you can make a delicious salad and we're using a nice red
00:05leaf lettuce and six to eight radishes. Sprinkle those over your salad. You need
00:10three oranges for this particular salad. If you only have two that's okay. Supreme
00:15the oranges and that means to take the segments out of the orange without any
00:21of the white pith and with the sharp edge of the knife just go alongside each
00:27piece of the membrane. So then you can distribute all your segments of orange
00:33in your salad. Reserve the juice. Don't pour that in because that's the basis for
00:37your salad dressing. You know the avocado slice this way into oh I'd say quarter
00:43inch slices and these can be gently picked up and distributed also in the
00:49salad. Three tablespoons juice and then add about two tablespoons of olive oil and
00:55about oh two tablespoons of white wine vinegar and your freshly ground black
01:01pepper and some salt and whisk that all together. Sprinkle your dressing and gently
01:08toss and you have a very very nice light easy healthy everyday food salad.
