00:00The Detroit police have six people in custody connected to a deadly shooting on the city's west side.

00:08Yeah, that's right. Detroit police need to figure out why a 30-year-old man is dead after being shot
00:13in the area of 8 Mile and the Lodge Greenfield area on the west side of Detroit.
00:17The Detroit police do have six people in custody taken away in handcuffs.
00:21They were called to the scene as shots were fired around 4 a.m., a little after 4 a.m.
00:28They find a vehicle that had crashed into a light pole, knocking it down, blocking the street on Motor Drive.
00:35That vehicle also hit a fence, airbags were deployed, and the man in that vehicle later taken to the hospital
00:40but died.
00:41Now the focus is on about a block away Prevost Street.
00:45That's where evidence markers were put on the front of the lawn of a home there, and there's glass on
00:52the street, likely where the shots occurred.
00:55Again, this is still an ongoing fatal investigation.
