Residents of John Lane extension in D'abadie have been suffering from dry taps, our cameras visited the area today for this report.

00:07five weeks now we haven't received any water supply or an inadequate water
00:13supply right we have tried numerous occasions to contact WASA for a
00:22Chocbon water supply me personally three occasions I have contacted WASA and no
00:39results five weeks ago they came they dug up this area and from there they'd never
00:48returned to finish the project we're expecting them to come finish the project
00:53nothing we have informed the supervisor we have contacted WASA still nothing
01:02everybody our families have children you know and the thing that they had not
01:08renewed contracts of the water trucks so they have like two trucks alone working
01:12in the whole area so that is why sometimes like even if we call and ask for
01:17a Chocbon it's three four five days sometimes they didn't come at all see
01:22situation is very very alarming right now it's frustrating whenever we go we job
01:32card is working we work at job cards they are very cooperative they come once they
01:44have time they come but the truck broke down Thursday so we didn't have water for the weekend and I

01:52surprised they came today and I'm happy
