00:13Today's hearing was postponed to allow Rosma to seek a review of the federal court's decision not to recuse the
00:21trial judge in her case.
00:23Justice Azhahari Kamal Ramli, leading a three-member bench, said the court would abide by its earlier assurance that the
00:32appeal would only be heard after the recusal proceedings are concluded.
00:37Rosma's review application will be heard in the federal court on July 29th.
00:43Azhahari said the court will not entertain further postponements of the hearing as the appeal has been classified as an
00:50aging case.
00:51Rosma was convicted by the High Court three years ago.
00:56She was sentenced to 10 years in jail and fined 970 million ringgit.
