03:01I would like to target the teams more.
03:03So, recently I've had a lot of parents coming in with troubled teams and the main complaint
03:15was they needed a place or a sense of belonging, a community that they need to feel at home
03:22in.
03:23And some of these boys, they start off giving trouble at school in the neighborhood and they
03:29came here and they had an outlet to release their attention and a place where they could
03:37find kinship.
03:38And then we would get reports from their parents and the schools talking about they're doing
03:42better in school, they're giving less trouble.
03:50When it comes to women, we tend to see women being braver, feeling and acting more empowered,
03:59being more outspoken and having a better awareness for their surroundings.
