00:00This is Pepsi and Cola, two tiny rescue puppies who needed urgent rescuing.
00:05We're going to go through their entire journey with us.
00:08The moment they met all our dogs, how our Doberman stepped up in a way we could have never imagined,
00:13and we're going to show you where they are today.
00:16But to understand the whole story, we need to start from the moment we picked them up.
00:21This is the first time I actually get to see the puppies.
00:24Obviously really hard to tell, but honestly they feel really skinny.
00:28Like I can feel, you're right there buddy.
00:31I can feel their ribs on the side.
00:33But now that they're with us and safe, we'll make sure to fatten them up.
00:37And after a long drive back home, we arrived.
00:40Look at these little puppies.
00:43Hello puppies.
00:45So I'm going to go inside, put all the dogs outside, and then they're going to meet them one by
00:50one.
00:50We'd already set up this crate area for them, gave them a bit of time to explore it,
00:55and then it was time for the pups to meet their first dog, our formerly terrified rescue, Amara.
01:01Come on Amara.
01:03Okay, let's see how Amara is.
01:05Come on.
01:06She's a bit scared.
01:07She's our other rescue.
01:08Come on.
01:10Amara, hello darling.
01:13Oh bless her.
01:15We're going to let them meet face to face, but just wanted to start with the meeting outside the pen
01:20first.
01:21Good girl.
01:23Mari.
01:24Oh, she got the zoomies.
01:26Amara showed lots of positive signs, so it was time for her to meet them properly.
01:31Come in.
01:32Hello.
01:32Hello.
01:34Oh, good girl.
01:35Look at her eyes.
01:37Oh, good girl.
01:39They're wagging their tail.
01:40They're just not sure.
01:42They're a bit shy.
01:43Good girl.
01:46Oh, my God.
01:48Was that him telling her?
01:49Yeah, he just bit her.
01:51Meanwhile, Kobe.
01:52Cannot wait to meet them.
01:54Amara did great, but now it's time for our crazy doberman, Moki, to meet the pups.
01:59Now, this isn't the first time Moki has met tiny puppies.
02:02She got way too excited before.
02:05Moki, sit.
02:07Sit.
02:08Down.
02:11They're just little babies, Moki.
02:12Yeah, like you.
02:14Oh, Moki, off.
02:16She doesn't know what to do with herself, does she?
02:18So let's see how she does this time.
02:24Her face.
02:28What's that, Moki?
02:58So why did we need to rescue all these pups?
02:59It's not suitable for a dog to recover from a spay.
03:01It's just too crazy here.
03:03I'm going to get into the chihuahua puppy's story in a little bit.
03:07Moki is just currently doing her thing.
03:18The pups weren't too keen on Moki.
03:21I don't blame them.
03:22They're literally smaller than our heads.
03:24But now it's time for our lovable but jealous gone retriever, Kobe, to meet them.
03:29All right, Kobe, your turn.
03:30Go on then.
03:35So why was there also three chihuahua puppies?
03:38Well, the woman surrendering the mum and her two pups said she also had a friend who had three-month
03:44-old chihuahua puppies that she wanted to surrender.
03:46Look, the whole situation seemed a bit dodgy.
03:49Dogs were just popping up out of nowhere to be surrendered.
03:52But we're not here to judge.
03:54They did the right thing surrendering them.
03:56And now all the dogs are in safe hands, which is the most important thing.
04:01Colin.
04:02Kobe, come.
04:04Come and say hello.
04:09Stay.
04:10Come.
04:11Come away.
04:15How funny.
04:15Usually he hates puppies.
04:18Good boy.
04:20Kobe really surprised us.
04:21He was great with them.
04:23And if you're wondering why one side of Kobe's face is the size of a golf ball,
04:27well, that's because he got stung by something or has a grass seed stuck in there.
04:31We're working with the vets to get him sorted.
04:34Bless him.
04:34You poor thing.
04:35Yeah, look, that's normal.
04:37I'm sure you're not hiding a carrot stick in there.
04:40Chloe, I'm going to get you some antihistamine.
04:43Poor thing.
04:43So now it's time for all three of our dogs to meet the rescue puppies at the same time.
04:55I do feel like they get excited for the first hour and then they get over it very, very quickly.
05:00Yeah.
05:01Yeah, same.
05:02Well done, dogs.
05:03Good girl, Moki.
05:04You can tell Moki's definitely going to take on the mum figure.
05:07Look at her.
05:08Yeah.
05:08Good girl.
05:09She's going to lay down.
05:11I don't know.
05:12Good girl, Moki.
05:13One's already been chewed off.
05:15I love how she's always like in and out, in and out.
05:17They don't like her.
05:18They keep showing their teeth.
05:20This one's like, if I just ignore her, she'll go away.
05:23This one's just looking at her.
05:25She's so infatuated by tiny puppies, isn't she?
05:27Yeah.
05:28Safe to say Moki is pretty excited to have them here.
05:31And then my mum came down to meet all the rescue pups.
05:39Pick them up, they literally weigh nothing.
05:45How small are they?
05:48Look at their tails.
05:50I know.
05:51Very cute.
05:54So now they've all met, it's time for the pups to wander around the house and explore a little.
05:59Go on then.
06:01Go on then.
06:02Kobe went in earlier.
06:06There you go.
06:06Oh, he's out.
06:09He's out.
06:13This one isn't brave enough yet.
06:15Look at him.
06:17Look at the way he moves.
06:19This one hasn't figured out how to come out yet.
06:21And then it's feeding time.
06:23The puppies are underweight, kind of hard to tell behind all that fur, but later we see just how badly
06:29malnourished these poor pups are.
06:31So the first day was coming to an end.
06:33We put them to sleep and after a bit of crying, they then settled for the night.
06:39On day two, the pups had made quite a mess in their crate.
06:44So Ella cleared it all up for them and it was time for the dogs to say hello to all
06:48the pups.
06:49Oh, look how happy these two are.
06:53Hello.
06:54Good morning.
06:58Good morning.
07:00Hello, darling.
07:02Oh, look how excited she is.
07:04Hello, goats.
07:09Hello, doggies.
07:10So after taking Kobe to the vets, he had been prescribed some liquid for his bump, which he loved.
07:16And then it was time to feed all the dogs breakfast.
07:20This is how you know I'm tired because I accidentally put Kobe's medication on Moki's food.
07:23So I have swapped that over.
07:24Don't worry, I haven't drugged the wrong dog.
07:26The puppies in their pen, Amara in her crate, and Kobe and Moki outside.
07:31We then let the pups lose to explore, and you can really see just how interested all the dogs were
07:37with them.
07:37Well done.
07:39Oh, that is so, that is so cute.
07:42Boys.
07:43Let me go over there.
07:44Moki, out.
07:45Out.
07:46Out.
07:47The pups were doing great in the house, but now it's time for them to go outside for the first
07:52time.
07:52Come on, boys.
07:54Come on.
07:55Now stay close.
07:55Well done.
07:57Out.
07:58They want space.
08:00Come on.
08:02Amara.
08:03Careful.
08:04Out, Moki.
08:05Hey, this is outside.
08:09Come on.
08:11Oh, that was adorable.
08:14Hello.
08:14Well done, brave boy.
08:16Things are going great, but the puppies didn't actually have names or collars yet.
08:20So Ella put collars on them, and we decided on names.
08:24So red collar is called Cola, and grey collar is called Pepsi.
08:29Oh, boys, don't you look handsome.
08:33Here comes Cola.
08:34Here comes Pepsi.
08:37Yeah.
08:39Pepsi and Cola.
08:42On their adventures.
08:45Oh, look.
08:46They're like, that's my bed.
08:48Oh.
08:50Oh, Gaby, they like you.
08:51So they figured out how to use the water bowl, and day two went really well, but in day three,
08:58things started to go wrong already.
09:00So Pepsi started to be really heavy on his legs, and a bit faint.
09:04Something was clearly wrong with him, so Ella called the vets.
09:07We've got, we recently picked up two puppies over the weekend, and this morning I've come
09:12down, and one of them's extremely lethargic.
09:16He's tumbling over everywhere.
09:18He's not really as excitable as what they usually are.
09:21So I want to bring them in for check, so you know that they haven't had, the lady who had
09:26them before hadn't vaccinated them or anything, so I'm really worried that he might be sick.
09:30If you can try and get her jumped before, that's fine.
09:33Yeah.
09:33But we've got a tiny bit of space just afterwards.
09:36Okay, brilliant.
09:37Thank you so much.
09:38So Pepsi needs to go to the vets, and Cola is going to go too, just for a checkup.
09:44Ella gets their carrier ready, prepares it with puppy pads and blankets, puts the pups
09:49in, and they make their way to the vet.
09:51Puppies are safe and secured.
09:52Let's go.
09:53They're really good in their little carrier.
09:55They haven't had any of their vaccinations yet, so they can't be on the floor.
09:59The vet did all the checks they needed to do, and then Ella explains what's going on.
10:04So we have dropped off Pepsi to the vet, and she's going to stay in the whole day.
10:12She is dehydrated, they think.
10:14They think that's why she's weak.
10:15She must not have drunk her water in her crate last night, so she's going to stay in.
10:19She's going to have blood done to check.
10:20It's nothing neurological or anything like that in her system.
10:23So yeah, she's staying in the whole day, and we will get an update later.
10:26So not great news, and this sadly means Kola is going to be without his brother for the
10:31day.
10:33Because of this, it's our job to make sure Kola has all the emotional support he needs.
10:39Ella gets home.
10:40Moki and Amara make sure to check in on Kola, which was really nice of them.
10:44They both even try and learn how to play with a dog this morning.
10:53Kola then gets a nice big meal.
10:55When we first picked these pups up, they were pretty underweight.
10:59So our job over the next 10 days is to fatten them up as much as possible.
11:03So Ella continues to give lots of emotional support to Kola, and a few hours later, we
11:09got an update on Pepsi.
11:28So Ella went to the pet store to go and get the puppy food the vet recommended, and then
11:32picked Pepsi up, and his reunion with his brother is absolutely adorable.
11:50So Pepsi's vet bill came out to £474, and we just want to say a big thank you to everyone
11:57who has donated to our GoFundMe.
12:00It really does help make a difference, and you guys really support us to continue rescuing.
12:05This isn't the only time the puppies go to the vet in this video either.
12:08If you would like to donate to us, we would really, really appreciate it.
12:12Link to our GoFundMe is in the description below.
12:15So now Pepsi is home and feeling much better, in the morning of day 4, you can really see
12:21how the pups are starting to become part of our pack.
12:26So here's how the pack dynamics are working out.
12:29Kobe is more interested in squirrels.
12:31Amara forgets how tiny they are.
12:34Amara.
12:35But amazingly, our mini horse Moki is the most gentle with them.
12:40Who would have thought it?
12:42Love Moki.
12:44You made friends, have you?
12:46And then it was time to remove Pepsi's bandage, because...
12:50Someone's been chewing on his bandage, so I think it's time to remove that.
12:55These puppies are literal babies.
12:58The little cries are so cute.
13:00Kola tries to support his brother.
13:02Even Moki comes over to make sure the little baby is okay.
13:06There you go.
13:07See?
13:07Well done.
13:08Seeing as Moki appears to be taking on the motherly figure, she then teaches the puppies
13:12how to use the stairs.
13:16Now let her stay with them and see what she does.
13:22Oh, Moki's like, are you alright?
13:25He's like, yes, get on my mum's lap.
13:28Come on then.
13:29Come on.
13:31Well done to Moki.
13:33After they conquered the big scary stairs, the puppies then try and destroy the bed,
13:38but can't because they're so small.
13:40They annoy Amara, who is starting to get really used to them, but the puppies are about to
13:45experience their worst nightmare.
13:47So you can tell when we got these pups, they just haven't been washed, I don't think ever.
13:52So sadly for them, it's time for probably their first ever bath.
13:58Ella ran some warm water and washed them in our sink.
14:01They're that small.
14:03Pepsi was bathed first.
14:04He honestly looks like a drowned rat, bless him.
14:07He did not have a great time and Kola had his bath after.
14:11So now the pups are nice and fresh, we had to go back to the vets again the next day.
14:17Kola is literally just chilling.
14:21I find it so funny how he just chills like that.
14:24The puppies, now kind of getting used to the vets, which is good, went in to get seen and...
14:30Pepsi wheeze on the floor.
14:32Think he remembers this place.
14:33So Pepsi gets weighed.
14:35He literally weighs under a kilo.
14:37He's like the same way as a subway roll.
14:39He then gets checked over and has his first vaccination.
14:45Only a little squeal there, but the microchip needle is much bigger.
14:53Big squeal there, poor thing.
14:55But he did get lots of cuddles from the vet.
14:58Last thing for Pepsi is his flea and worming treatment.
15:01Bear in mind, this is just liquid going onto the back of his neck.
15:05You can't cry at the spot on the neck.
15:08Well done Pepsi.
15:09You can go down, he's up.
15:11Put me down.
15:11Poor thing was feeling a bit uneasy after all those needles.
15:15So now it's Kola's turn.
15:16He gets checked over.
15:18Oh, Kola.
15:20Big squeal again, poor thing.
15:22But he gets lots of cuddles from the vet and Ella for being such a brave boy.
15:26This came to £160 for the two, so I just want to say thank you again for everyone that has
15:32donated to our GoFundMe.
15:33In day six, we decide to socialize the puppies and they get to meet my adorable nephews, Tyler and Theo.
15:41The babies loved them.
15:43Good boy, Pepsi.
15:47Okay, so the babies weren't too happy with the puppies chomping on them.
15:51They are used to dogs though, and it wasn't long until Theo really started to take an interest in the
15:57pups.
15:57Is that a puppy?
15:59I love some.
16:03Is that a puppy?
16:05Oh, that's nice.
16:08Oh, he's a dog person, isn't he?
16:10That's Kola.
16:10Oh, that's Kola.
16:12This is amazing for the puppies because it now means we can say they're baby tested.
16:17They're doing great with the babies, and after their initial excitement, the pups would just leave them to do their
16:22own thing.
16:23Even Tyler started to come around to the pups too.
16:26Oh, Tyler.
16:28Yay, puppy.
16:31There's something so wholesome seeing one-year-old babies playing with 10-week-old puppies.
16:36Hopefully this adorable moment is worth you hitting that subscribe button.
16:40We would be forever grateful.
16:42So the puppies did puppy things.
16:44It's so funny how they climb onto it.
16:46They're literally like babies, aren't they?
16:47And the babies did baby things.
16:49I think he has done a poop because he keeps smelling the bum.
16:52Have you done a poop, Tyler?
16:54And that really went as good as it could have, and in day seven, Moki really stepped up in her
17:00new motherly role.
17:01They've just run behind the sofa, and Moki's got no idea where they are.
17:04Moki, they're here.
17:08Moki is really starting to learn how to play with the puppies, and this is great, because in day 10,
17:15Kola's potential forever home has a dog even bigger than Moki living there.
17:19She's so good and gentle with them.
17:23Moki, nicely.
17:26Moki, no.
17:28Okay, so she's gentle most of the time.
17:31But it's okay, because if Moki does want to play rough, she has Kobe to play with.
17:36Kobe is the boss.
17:39The smaller, friendly, golden retriever.
17:43Is the boss of the big doberman.
17:46Go on, get him.
17:53And this seemed to have inspired the puppies, because just like children, they follow what the adults do.
17:59Chaos.
18:02Absolute chaos.
18:06What is going on?
18:08This one's got the other collar.
18:09So Ella fed the puppies a healthy amount to keep fattening them up, they still eat from the same bowl,
18:15and in day 8, we work on socialising the puppies even more.
18:19So we put the puppies in the car, and we make our way to Primrose Hill in London to socialise
18:24them, and we have a plan.
18:26Because we're a little bit awkward in public, we've also got this sign, free puppy cuddles, we're socialising rescue pups,
18:31come say hi.
18:32So hopefully, we can socialise the pups, and they can get some pets from people, and we can also get
18:37them used to the road and things like that too.
18:39And now, all we need to do is find some people to pet some tiny, adorable puppies, and this was
18:45not hard at all.
18:46You can get them out.
18:47Yes?
18:48Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
18:49It's great for them to be picked.
18:51Oh, look.
18:53Look at him.
18:54That's, that's cola.
18:55Yeah, they're both boys.
18:57Oh, boy.
18:57They're both boys, yeah.
18:59And this one's Pepsi.
19:01Come on.
19:02Okay, bye.
19:03Aw.
19:07You little face.
19:09And it wasn't long until we started to draw a bit of a crowd.
19:13Okay, I don't know about crowd, it is only like three or four people, but it's still cool to bring
19:18some puppy love to the streets of London.
19:21Really makes people happy, and it's great socialising for the pups.
19:24The puppies were getting stopped by anyone and everyone, but then someone familiar came over.
19:31So this lovely lady has actually met us before.
19:34We came to this exact spot with some St. Bernal puppies we rescued before, and here she is meeting them.
19:40He was eating my ear out.
19:44They're so cute.
19:45Guys, take a picture.
19:46Yeah, they look very calm.
19:47And so six months later, she's back again, meeting Pepsi and Cola.
19:52It's cool that we bumped into her, but in all the excitement, I completely forgot to ask her name.
19:57So if you're watching this, please let us know your name in the comments.
20:00The puppies are stars.
20:01People wanted photos with them.
20:03Everybody wanted some pets and cuddles from them, and I think this got Ella feeling a bit broody.
20:09You look like you're proper in your mum era.
20:11I'm very ready.
20:13So one last thing to do, and that's to help desensitise them to all the road noises and cars.
20:19Okay, so I'm just going to stand here on this side of the road to get the puppies used to
20:24some road noise
20:24because they're a little bit unsure before, and things like that.
20:31Like a really loud bike.
20:36Damn, a really loud bike.
20:38It's perfect for them.
20:40You all right in there, pups?
20:41Oh, they've gone to the back.
20:42They're a bit scared.
20:43Good puppies.
20:44When we first got them, they were a little bit unsure of the road,
20:47so this would be perfect for them.
20:49Oh, their little legs are going.
20:50They're swimming.
20:51We made our way back home.
20:53The puppies are exhausted, and in day nine,
20:56think it's safe to say they're fully part of the pack now.
20:59Amara loves having the puppies near her.
21:01Kobe isn't a puppy lover, but doesn't mind them being near him,
21:05and Moki...
21:09Moki just terrorises them.
21:12But this is what's so great with having big dogs around small dogs.
21:15Kobe and Moki having a good play fight in the garden,
21:19and Pepsi gets involved.
21:21Go on, Pepsi!
21:22Okay, he doesn't quite get involved.
21:24Probably a little too small for that.
21:26But he's not scared at all, and that's what's important.
21:29We've also successfully fattened the puppies up now.
21:33They're at a healthy weight and feel much chunkier.
21:36The pups have come so far since we rescued them.
21:39It's easy to forget how scared they were of our dogs,
21:43but how they are now is incredible.
21:45We've done so much with them,
21:47socialising them with babies, people, vet visits, puppy baths.
21:51It's been an amazing journey,
21:53but tomorrow is the big day,
21:55because one of the boys may be getting adopted.
21:58So we took Cola to meet Philomena,
22:01and the reason this is amazing
22:03is because she's literally across the road from us.
22:06They've already got a huge German shepherd called Brody,
22:08and he's the sweetest boy.
22:10We really wanted to make sure Cola went to a home with another dog.
22:14Oh yeah, and they have cats too.
22:16This is his first meeting,
22:17and they've got guinea pigs.
22:19I'll show you that later.
22:20Before we put Cola on the floor to see how he is with Brody,
22:24we decided to take Philomena's grandchildren,
22:27India and Kaya,
22:28to the pet store to let them pick out anything they wanted for Cola.
22:32Maybe green or blue?
22:35Yeah?
22:37Get both?
22:39Yeah, get both, go on.
22:40You're probably going to weigh on one anyway.
22:42They're such good kids,
22:43and we really had to encourage them
22:45to get whatever they wanted, bless them.
22:47They got him toys, blankets, treats,
22:50a cat collar,
22:51because that's all that would fit him,
22:52and this tie.
22:54Does it clip onto the collar?
22:55It clips onto the collar.
22:59We put this tie on him later on,
23:01and trust me,
23:02just stick around for that,
23:03because he looks like a little businessman
23:05wanting you to sell a car with it.
23:07It is hilarious.
23:08We got some toys and treats for Brody too,
23:11because we couldn't leave him out.
23:12So we got a lot of stuff,
23:14and when we came back,
23:16it's time to see how Cola would react
23:18to the gentle giant,
23:19Brody.
23:29Cola had no fear.
23:32This is why we're so happy
23:33that Kobe and Moki
23:34helped such a tiny dog like Cola
23:37to be brave around big dogs.
23:39He even went inside to explore,
23:41probably didn't realize
23:42there was guinea pigs there yet.
23:45No, he's never met guinea pigs.
23:48He felt right at home,
23:50there were a few jealous cries
23:51from Brody, bless him.
23:57And Cola's name has now changed to Albert.
24:00I love that name,
24:01because this is Albert
24:02with his little tie on.
24:04He looks like an Albert.
24:05He also looks like
24:06he's going to sell you a car.
24:18And then you won't believe it,
24:19because the next day,
24:21Pepsi then has a visit
24:22for a possible adoption.
24:24We've got another foster.
24:26She's a girl.
24:28Oh, she's jealous.
24:30Come on.
24:31Also, yes,
24:32we did try and get them adopted together.
24:34Unfortunately,
24:35it just didn't work out.
24:37Not all bad, though,
24:37as they could have gotten
24:38litter mate syndrome
24:39when they grew up,
24:40but we made sure
24:41they both went to homes
24:42with dogs.
24:43So after all that love
24:45between Pepsi
24:46and his new owner,
24:47it's no surprise
24:48she decides to adopt Pepsi.
24:50She has like
24:50three small dogs at home.
24:52This is one of them
24:53and he is adorable.
24:54So Pepsi will have
24:55lots of playmates.
24:57We said goodbye to Pepsi
24:58and that's two more puppies
25:00rescued and adopted.
25:02Two months later,
25:03here's what they look like now.
25:05Pepsi has grown into
25:07the cutest boy.
25:07He's getting on great
25:09with the other dogs
25:10and Albert is obviously
25:11on the opposite us.
25:12So we took him on a walk
25:14and just look at him.
25:15That is the most adorable thing.
25:17Oh, I've ever seen.
25:20Thanks so much for watching.
