00:00Very quietly, the guy the Mets traded away, the prospect that they let go for Javi Baez,
00:06had a double and it made all the difference.
00:08Oh my goodness.
00:13Wow.
00:14Well, not only fast, but cuts the base perfectly.
00:17One of the worst trades in a long while by the Mets.
00:21Well, they got six good weeks out of Javi Baez and whoopee.
00:24Now they've got to watch this guy be a star.
00:28Whoopee!
00:28That Keith Hernandez does the games, and that was from a couple days ago.
00:34And we've been sitting on that one.
00:36But you know, you knew going in that he was going to play well because it was his old team.
00:43But you knew going in that he was playing great.
00:46So he was going to play well because he's playing well right now.
00:49But add the factor that he has a little something for him because of their decision
00:57to let him go to trade him for Javi Baez.
01:01There were a lot of things that happened.
01:02That was big.
01:03That was so much fun.
01:05And I told you, that's exactly what the Mets announcers were saying
01:12is exactly how Sox fans felt when they saw Fernando Tatis Jr. become an MVP player
01:21after the White Sox traded him for James Shields, of all people.
01:26My God.
01:27Well, the Cubs won all seven games against Pete Armstrong's former team this year.
01:33And so they have to really be full of regret and remorse, even more so now.
01:38And Javi Baez is one of my favorite Cubs ever.
01:41I love that guy.
01:42Whoopee.
01:43But, I mean, that has to go down as one of the worst trades.
01:47That is a really terrible giveaway to let Pete Crow Armstrong go, given the way he plays.
01:56Yeah.
01:56It's definitely going to live in infamy in New York.
01:59And in Chicago, they'll just celebrate fleecing the Mets.
02:02Couldn't happen to a better team.
02:04It's a big one.
