AccuWeather's Bernie Rayno warns that a heat wave with little relief will spread from Texas and the southern tier of the U.S. all the way to the Midwest, with widespread temperatures in the 90s.

00:00A heat wave next week from Texas, the Ohio Valley, and in to the southern tier of the United States.
00:08Widespread 90s with AccuWeather, Riofield temperatures well over 100 degrees.
00:14Here's how it unfolds. I want to show you high temperatures on Thursday.
00:19Look where the heat is across the southwest states.
00:21That's because that's where our upper level high is located.
00:26In fact, some of that heat getting in the west Texas.
00:28It's underneath that upper high that you're going to see the core of the heat.
00:33Watch where that high moves by the time we get into early next week.
00:37Where does this shift? Right across the mid-south.
00:40And that's where you're going to have the sunshine, the downward motion, and the heat.
00:45In fact, right underneath that upper high.
00:47Look at Nashville as we head into next week.
00:49Temperatures well in the 90s.
00:51Also notice temperatures in the 70s at night, which means it never cools down.
00:57And remember, we'll have AccuWeather, Riofield temperatures over 100 degrees.
01:02Know the signs of heat-related illnesses as much of the country will be suffering next week.
