Joe Sharp trainee Lambeth was this week's Fastest Horse of the Week. The 5-year-old horse won at Churchill Downs on Friday, June 19th, with a 97 Beyer Speed Figure. The Fastest Horse of the Week is brought to you by the stallions at WinStar Farm.

00:14Friday at Aqueduct, Georgie's Warrior won a maiden special weight by five and three-quarters lengths.
00:20And then Sunday night at Prairie Meadows, it was a Philly potential Sam who won as an even-money favorite.
00:26Both were making their career debuts as a racehorse.
00:29Nashville won his debut by 11 and a half lengths, went on to set a six-furlong track record at

00:35and now stands at One Star for a fee of $12,500.

00:55His name is Lambeth.
00:57He is a son of Arrogate, a five-year-old owned by Carl Moore of Texas, trained by Joe Sharp.
01:04What's interesting about Lambeth is that he began his career racing for Juddmont.
01:09He's bred by Juddmont.
01:10After five starts, he had made $85,000.
01:13They put him in the Fasig-Tifton October digital sale.
01:17Moore bought him for $135,000, and now since then, Lambeth has made $442,000.
01:23Moore, the owner, has done this before.
01:26In 2008, he spent $35,000 to claim a gelding, who went on to win $1.85 million.
01:34That would be Chamberlain Bridge, who won the Breeders' Cup turf sprint later in his career.
