00:00...of deep diving, with the understanding that the court had a composition of only for one day
00:05And unfortunately, the whole case could not be known because there is a large amount of evidence.
00:10which must be clarified, not just in one day, but over several.
00:14There are also some witnesses who did not appear.
00:17There are some witnesses who were present but did not arrive at the hearing, at the courtroom.
00:22But we'll still be on the lookout to do our best in this case and be able to...
00:26He asks, then, when was this substantive trial postponed?
00:31August 20th, August 20th. That's where it will be determined whether Mr. Elias is criminally responsible or not.
00:37Secondly, this is a case where there is supposedly a disappearance of a person
00:43who paid for a trip abroad and never reached his final destination.
00:48These are the investigations and the indictment that will be approved next day, August 20th of this year.
00:53year.
00:55Thank you, news.
00:56Today, the trial has been postponed again, supposedly due to a lack of witnesses.
01:02What happened to the witness?
01:03Well, we want witnesses, and José Gregorio Antonio Núñez Pesada, the eighth, is here as a witness.
01:11But I don't know anymore, that's what makes me understand that there is something here.
01:15males in Tremacuto.
01:16That's enough, because I don't know how many times one has come here and this is a real gift.
01:23I put it in the word, for my age, excuse me.
01:26But I'm fed up, fed up with coming here every single day when there's cause for it.
01:31my son.
01:32And there is no hope for my son.
01:35My Lord, what is going to be done?
01:37What I think is that here, here I come back and repeat.
01:40If they are sent to eat goats on the farm along with those others, why is it being made a cause of
01:45my son?
01:45Why can't she go when she was always wearing a diaper and a blanket with my son?
01:49And what's happening now?
01:51His son's family.
01:53Of course, they're not my family, but they're related to José Polvídeo Minaya.
01:57from his mother.
02:01What is your son's name, ma'am?
02:03Luis Polático Minaya.
02:06He is three years and three months old and we still haven't heard from my son.
02:10And who got my son out of here?
02:11Well, it was Polanco day.
02:13When we all know that they are people from here, from this country, paying them a sum of money.
02:19And why are none of them showing their faces today?
02:21Because he said, no, it's a dog that was taken from here, from this country.
02:24He is a human being.
02:25It hurts, damn it, my son.
02:26It hurts me that it's not the day or night that's ending my life.
02:30Because?
02:31Because my son hasn't appeared and no one has appeared today, because my son.
02:34Today everyone is acting like they know everything about what's happening or what happened to my son.
02:38Why do they do it that way?
02:41When the son himself was here, walking around, they were all dressed in Spanish finery and fine linens,
02:44eating money, eating goats.
02:46And today, to become a witness for my son, knowing Goyo, José Gregorio,
02:51The day Polanco took Goyo out of this country, and also took out someone named Marino Sánchez.
02:57in this country, paying him too, which I know.
03:01So why is nobody showing their face today?
03:04Because the day of the frame is in the fair in which he has not come.
03:06They don't want to tell the truth.
03:09I'm already eating.
03:10I'm already eating this.
03:12Day after night the same, and the same, and the same, and the same.
03:15Because there is no hope for my son.
03:18I wish that the man who took my son from me would become a woman.
03:24from me, that I would answer and say how old I am.
03:27Because I'm not old enough to respect him.
03:29I'm 15 today.
03:30See you.
