SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS.- Un hombre identificado como Alexander Sosa de Aza fue arrestado tras ser acusado de penetrar a una vivienda, herir a una mujer en uno de sus brazos y amenazar con un arma blanca a varios niños que se encontraban en el lugar.  La pareja de la mujer denunció que Sosa de Aza entró a la residencia armado con un arma blanca y durante el hecho hirió a su compañera. Indicó que el hombre también habría amenazado a los menores, aunque finalmente no logró llevarse ninguna pertenencia de la vivienda.  Por su parte, Sosa de Aza negó haber entrado con intención de robar o hacerle daño a la familia. Aseguró que ingresó a la casa buscando ayuda debido a problemas que mantenía con otras personas y negó las acusaciones realizadas en su contra.  El caso quedó en manos de las autoridades para esclarecer las circunstancias del hecho y determinar las responsabilidades correspondientes.
